The store is bright, neat, clean, uncluttered with displays of work samples. The Hinotes, owners, are at the front desk, ready to serve as you enter. My template was irregular at one spot and I was asked how I wanted that spot cut. I appreciate this attention to detail up front!! Before I left, I was also given cost and when this item will be ready. Impressive! After seeing how the Hinotes run their business, I plan to get several other protective glass tops cut for our finer furniture in high traffic spots. Glass tops will eliminate concerns over scratches and beverage rings so we can just relax and enjoy our home without concerns about normal damage!

I initially scheduled an appointment for after 3 PM on a Wednesday, which they confirmed via text--but they never showed up. The following week, I followed up, and they didn't even recall the conversation until I re-sent the text. I was then told someone would come by after 3:30 PM, even if the owner had to come personally. I rushed home to be available, but again, no one showed. When I called, I was told they were finishing another job and would arrive between 5-6 PM. That never happened either, and my follow-up texts were completely ignored. Horrible horrible place of business!!! Took a customer's truck there that had a busted windshield…read morefrom hail damage. They were the only glass place able to squeeze us in within a week. That should have been my first warning. When we went to get the truck it had a defective window put it. A big "fish eye" defect was right in the driver's side view. I know they had to see it when they pulled the truck out front but they acted like they didn't. There was no way we were going to accept that! So it took another week to get a new windshield in. We took it back up there and they called us within an hour of opening telling us they peeled a little paint off to come see it before they put the windshield in. My husband went up there and they peeled one and a half inch chunk of paint off. Talk about being mad! They wouldn't even cover the bill to repaint it because they didn't do it on purpose. Then her excuse was it wasn't their fault. She told me to get a lawyer. What a crappy crappy place. We have heard horror stories about that place. And we will never be back! The ONLY reason we used them was because the other glass companies were booked for a month. Now I know why they could squeeze us in. Because they are awful!!
