We Scheduled it for the next week at 9 AM. The date of the consult at 830 am someone from the company called to see if they could move the appointment to 230 pm because someone called out. I understand that things happen so I agreed. Later that day at 158 pm I saw on my doorbell camera that a tech was at my home while I was at the store. I called the company to ask why he was there so early when we agreed upon 230 pm. No one answered neither did the tech return at the agreed upon appointment time. I called the next day to reschedule and I still have not heard back from anyone. Save your time and money and go with a company that is responsive, follows directions and has better customer service.
