I expressed extreme interest and she said my offer has to be submitted by 8pm Monday. I finally got a pre-approval letter at 5 and called her 6 times to submit an offer. She ignored all of my calls and texts. So I texted her the offer out of desperation. I called the next day and she refused to get on the phone with me. Then she texts and says they went with another offer. She absolutely lied about submitting my offer because she never sent me any paperwork for the bid. I was $15,000 OVER asking. I wish I could tell the owner that my offer was never submitted. I worked all weekend to get that letter only to have her ignore me. Completely disingenuous.

I started doing business with Cross Creek in May of 2013. From the very beginning I have had…read morenothing but head aches when dealing with this office. First of all they had a long time employee who was embezzeling money from the company and who was also doing other shady things with customers policies and payments. Everytime I would call the office to ask a question they would always have to call the Insurance provider to get an answer. Please make sure that you get everything in writting and check behind everything they do for you. I never knew when my bill was due because I never received a bill in the mail and I called from the very beginning to solve this problem, it was never solved by the staff. When the bill was due I would get a notice of cancellation but would never get a invoice in the mail to pay. Then I would be charged a late fee because they would sent out a notice to cancel and I would have to call about that and inquire why because a bill never came to my house. I am not sure what is going on with Chris Roberts and his staff but I would be hesitant about doing business with Cross Creek Insurance.

When you call them for assistance, they act like you are the only customer that they have to deal with and if they do not have the answer, they keep shopping until you have the right answer. They shop several different markets making sure you get the lowest and best policy for your needs, and they contact you each year to see if you have any adjustments you want to make to your current policy. You should absoloutely try them. To sum it all up, they are awsome!!
