I was frustrated, but determined. I did not know a lot about real estate, but I knew I needed my house on the market before summer ended. I went out with my best friend, Mary, who I have known for 23 years, that night and told her the news! Mary gave me that "Oh, Sasha" look that she has given me since we were 13 years old, and said "Here's what you are going to do.
