On the off chance you do get a human to answer the phone, they have no idea what is going on. I had called made an appt and when i got there, they had no idea who i was or why i was there even though i had given them all my info over the phone, but they agreed to see me as a walk-in. All the employees were very busy socializing with each other and paying very little attention to the hoards of sick people waiting to be seen. The drs asst was nice but when i went to the patient portal a few days later, she apparently was not paying attention to any of my answers during her intake so most of the info was wrong. When i finally saw the dr, who clearly has an ego the size of the bldg, he told me he didn't care about my symptoms, he only cared about labs. So i gave him my very organized lab book that clinically proves all that i was saying was true. He glanced through it, then said well i need more labs. I had 5 yrs worth of labs from 2 mds way more qualified than him and he didn't care. I went to phlebotomy to get blood drawn and found out he only ordered 1 lab! 1 lab does not work with my issues, it takes at least 6 to find the info needed for tx. I was also told i would need to wait for a referral in the mail for xrays. I waited 2 weeks. Then the drs ofc called said my 1 lab was back and there was nothing wrong with me. I laughed and said so my other drs and their extensive intakes and voluminous labs were all bs while he has 1 test done and he thinks I'm fine?? Seriously?? Then i asked where my xray referral was and they said they don't send those you just have to go to the other clinic and be a walk in. I waited 2 weeks to be told that. smh This place is a joke.

Oh you bet especially the morning or mid afternoon time this place is jammed pack with patients picking up or dropping off prescriptions, waiting for X-rays, blood work, or see the doctor on site. My father hasn't yet seen a doctor here or had any test done which is a great but we have been both told that the wait time could get timely depends on the doctor, test and etc. Best advice is come early and see if they can get you in for whatever you may need.

Never had a bad one. Doctors are great also, again never had a bad one. I would recommend this place if you are in brandon, valrico area. But at almost 2 hours, when your nurse practitioner has to phone me, to find out I'm not roomed like the staff said, I'm still in the waiting room. And you're too busy to deliver the results of my really expensive blood work yourself....well, I ask you....would you come back. I will not. I gotta mention that 2 other patients and a nurse were making the same complaints in the waiting room. You can't stack appointments like this and not expect to lose patients.

I am extremely dismayed by the downward turn of this office. I am not sure if it is because they are part of Advent Health now and they are to big to manage their practice or if the office just doesn't attract the best Doctors anymore. I know for a fact that the office staff is not as thorough and proactive as they need to be. They called us new patients today, really. (This sentence will sit on its own) After 3 weeks waiting for a follow up appointment for another visit, that was inadequate, the doctor was not there, his schedule changed. That's ok, I get it. Too bad it changed weeks ago and no one told me or rescheduled my sons visit. Too bad I burned vacation time today for nothing. I must identify the positive, Dr. Sehres is amazing and there is another doctor there who is wonderful, his name escapes me. This is not enough to keep me. The specifics aside I will no longer take the kids to the Riverview location because of the RNP and I am actively looking for a new primary care provider as of today. I'm actually a bit sad about the death of this great office and the 2 decades of time spent building what I thought was a doctor patient relationship with them.
