In fact, it was super simple. I gathered up all my needed documents, scheduled an appointment, stopped in and talk for about 10 minutes to get the lay of the land. They quickly scan over your documents while your there, and in my case Connie even made a quick phone call to get some clarifying details that was missing on one of the items I took in. Some days later, I pick up my completed taxes. It was super easy, and I trust that they did the work properly, as the results were similar to what I came up with last year.
