I was growing tired of the place that I was doing my taxes at for the past 5 years because I could…read morenot just drop off my information with out a big hassle of filling out the same three redundant information forms, after years do you not have my information on file. They have a way of making me feel like a shmuck coming in for the first time year after year when I'm on file with them, don't I pay you to fill out forms ?. This year was the last time I'm doing business with them I told them and I'm taking my business elsewhere. I jumped on yelp to see what's in the area and this place seemed to be rated well so I went to see Todd. I was amazed that Todd took me in with no appointment as a walk in and after a few questions he had what he needed to do my taxes, no three pages of forms to fill out. I was also amazed that he changed me just about half of what the pain in the ass place charges me, my taxes are not super complicated. For a shmuck off the street for the first time Todd made me feel way better than as a returning client from my old place.

I went back to his office to ask questions and was told to schedule a meeting and come back later. I got frustrated and said I would not be coming back. He did not care as he already had her money. He told me he was busy and had another meeting. I waited outside his office for 20 minutes and no one came for a meeting. I found him to be arrogant and unwilling to work with me as a woman because he was very willing to work with my husband. I cannot recommend anyone less.
