This is the second time Clear Reflections has been to my home to clean the windows. I highly recommend them! First, Scott, the owner, answers the phone and / or returns messages in a timely fashion. He got back to me when he said he would with a date and a quote. He and his son arrived exactly on time to clean my windows. They were professional, thorough, neat, and quick. They were in and out in less than two hours, my windows were spotless and my screens were amazingly clean. And his rate was extremely reasonable! Getting a quote was really easy, the woman I talked to was extremely friendly and helpful. They clean the interior, exterior and screens as part of their normal service. We added on cleaning the tracks. They were super fast, friendly and did an excellent job. I didn't get any other quotes because I wanted to support a local business and the price seemed reasonable. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Clear Reflections did an excellent job power-washing the house and cleaning the gutters, windows, and window screens. Throughout the service, Scott and team were positive, courteous, professional, and made sure that we were happy with the service. Now the house looks like it was painted and the windows and screens are beautifully clean! They also cleaned the clogging debris out of the gutters where the trees overhang. I'm very happy with the service, and you can be sure that they will do their best to make sure you are too. Tip- if you want the insides of the sills wiped out (between the window and screen), as of this writing, you have to ask when you make the arrangements. I asked for this, and he did it at no extra charge. My only suggestion to Scott is that this should be automatically included in the window washing service. But beautiful job- 5 stars!
