Edgar was super responsive during the quoting process and throughout. Prices were very reasonable. For my house, around 2300 sq ft, was charged $250 for gutter cleaning and downspout. They take cash/check only so make sure you're aware. I handled all that prior to Edgar visiting. He even estimated that it would take about 2-2.5 hours and took him about 2 hours. He'll need access around the exterior to manage his gear (pressure washer and ladders) and did a fantastic job. They do gutter cleaning, pressure washing, window cleaning and holiday lights.
