I would give this company no stars if I could. (I called for my mother Geraldine L). Two weeks ago I called and got an automated instead of a life person. After I emailed the company James called me and we set an appointment up for last Thursday. The day of our appointment James called and said we needed to reschedule. So we then rescheduled the appointment for today at 11 am. No call no show from James. I called and spoke with James at 12:40. He apologized and said he forgot and if we could reschedule again for next week. I told him absolutely not. Why would I want to do business with a company that has no regards for their customers. Truly appreciated the upfront communication, clear quoting process, and services provided. After the initial power washing of our driveway, some residual stains remained from olives, as we have a number of olive trees growing on the property. What stands out to me about this business is their dedication in fully executing the job. Upon completion of services, their group pointed out to me that they were not able to get everything done 100% correctly. They then committed to returning in the near term to try alternative methods (without charging me). They followed through on their word, came back, and found a way to make my driveway sparkle again. Decided to go with Professional Powerwashing & Maintenance to get my gutters cleaned. They seem to have some good yelp reviews. Brandon the owner is a hard-working honest person. I gave him the square footage of my roof and he gave me a price over the phone. My rental property is in Rodeo but I live in Castro Valley. I thought he bid it a little low but when he came out he said no problem that's the price I gave you. I had him clean my gutters and rooftop which was full of years of debris. I'm talking like eight 40 gallon trash bags worth. I'm handicap so I'm way past the point of getting up there myself and cleaning it up. One of the downspouts was rusted and rotted out and another one had extremely small diameter piping to drain properly. He said no problem he'd be glad to fix both of them. He then quoted me another extremely fair price. I gave him a check right there on the spot and he said he'd be back to fix both of them. He came back a few days later with a friend of his that's a roofer and did an amazing job fixing both downspouts. One of them had a few different turns in it so it would fit the contours of our back porch railing. It was nice since I live so far away I didn't have to show up.
