When I used to come here I was always greeted by the same team of people and they became familiar and were always friendly, helpful, and honest. Now there's a different gentleman who manages this location and doesn't seem as on top of things. There are some younger employees there that seemingly have an unpleasant attitude (at least most of them) and that's if they speak to you. Have gotten inaccurate pool tests recently. Just doesn't seem like customer service and accuracy is a priority now.

So with all that said first my wife and my daughter went to the Pinch-A-Penny Pool store to get what we needed to clean the pool which was some chlorine and the employees there were really awesome my daughter was looking @ some thermos cups they asked her which one she really liked and they gave it to her for free because it was her birthday. We brought back the chemicals and used them on the pool and for some reason something wasn't working because the pool wasn't turning the right color. My wife and I went back to the store with a water sample to se what was wrong and why the water wasn't cleaning right, so Parker tested the water told us what was wrong and recommended what we needed to get the pool ready for our daughter's birthday and he also gave us a discount on the chlorine that we bought. I really love when associates go above and beyond with their customer services, it means they are dedicated to their job and they want to give you the best service possible. I tried a pool service on Yelp, I was excited at first because the pool company came out, took care…read moreof everything so I gave that company a 4 Stars! However there was some follow-up that needed to be done, they came out a few times for repairs that I had a warranty on but never really solved the issue! I tried calling, texting, leaving VM, Nada!!!! That's when I decided to check on Yelp again and give it one more try! I came across Pool Sharks pool service. Called Andy up, he responded very quickly via VM. When we finally were able to speak, Andy came over the same day we spoke, probably within minutes, as he was already in my area. Charged me the service call fee, which was very reasonable. The last company had a difficult time getting my vacuum to clean the pool, there was no flow going through my salt cell, it was a mess. Pool starting to turn green pretty quickly! Andy came over, took the motor apart, started cleaning the motor, discovered that leaves were getting in the propeller, or something like that? Taught me how to put the basket back in so that it doesn't happen again! Made it easier for me to take the Filter cap off so that I'm not spending 10's of minutes trying to put the cap back on, which can take up to an hour trying to align the steel rod back into its groove!! If anything, just that one little trick was worth the service fee!! He really went above and beyond!! Needless to say, I will be using Andy for all my pool service needs!! I would highly recommend Andy!!

I was ok doing it myself but during the summer it's tough to keep up with. My plan was to keep pool shark just for the summer, but he has my pool balanced with chlorine and the ph is perfect I decided to keep him on all year, best move I have made. I HIGHLY recommend this company.
