Originally we had interviewed 3 other companies, we felt that the pricing for Presidential Pools was slightly higher than others, but also felt that we would be getting a higher quality product from them which helped us justify the pricing. We met with Nicole at the showroom, she put our design on the big screen tv and walked us through all the options. Once we agreed on the price, she sent over the contract via Docusign and we started the process of permitting. The project lasted a little longer than expected, there was rain delays and two hurricanes, but at the end of the project, the pool that we designed with Nicole in the showroom was exactly what we received at the end.
