The phone reps are always pleasant but do not listen. When I first moved in I called because I had no service and was told I had service. I repeated I did not and it took a few more calls beforew a tech came and told me I did not have service. It took a long time to get service restored, Most recently they deleted my ID and told me I had service. After repeated calls and tech visits they took my modem and router and despite a promise to call the next day I did not hear from them and a week later I called and asked where my gear was. They told me my internet was working and I again explained they took my equipment. They again told me it was fine and I again told them I had an empty box. I was told they would send a tech in a few hours and I reminded the person I did not have a modem and router to fix.The person told me they would have somebody there in two hours to fix it. I repeated that Spectrum had my gear but they sent a tech who opened the box and said "you do not have a modem and router!" He called the office and found out that my gear was locked in the manager's office and he was on vacation for two weeks. It took over 3 weeks to fix a problem that Spectrum created and I am still getting dropped. On earlier visits they twice firmly accused me of switching equipment and I have never even touched it. They are generally pleasant and responsive but I still do not have good service.
