I use this UPS store to drop off packages, usually Amazon returns. There is ALWAYS a wait because…read morethere typically is only one associate working at a time. Do not go if you are in a rush. Once it is your turn, package drop off is super simple and easy. The associates are not overly friendly. They do speak to you when you enter, but if you are looking for that good ole' southern hospitality, this is not the place. They do passport photos ( I have not received mine there, but I usually have to wait on them to take someone else's, which holds up the line). This particular day, I waited behind a passport photo session, and as I left after my turn there were 4 people waiting behind me to be serviced and only one associate.
