So I'm really bad at long stories so I'll try to just give the bullet points…read more So I was a patient here very briefly. So my visits went like this. I unload my problem and get diagnosed. I'm put on meds. These are strong meds givin to me after a 40 minute appointment to meet me for the first time. So I use there pharmacy to fill the script they just gave me. The pharmacist then begins to freak out over the way my prescription is written, the dosage it's written for, and the way it's broken up and supposed to be taken. It was extremely odd and very offputting. It's nerve-racking enough to take these kinds of meds but to have the pharmacist himself acting like he had never encountered these medications or this issue before was just horrifying. So I get home and begin to take the medicine. After 10 days I go into a psychotic episode from the meds. I proceed for the next five days, eight phone calls, 4 voice messages try to get a hold of anyone at this place, not just my doctor but simply anyone to help me and give me guidance of what I should do with these meds. After all the calls and voicemails I finally get a hold of a nurse who barely speaks English and assures me she will ask the doctor for me. Several hours go by And i finally get a phone call that simply says stop taking the meds. No follow up nothing more than that just stop. It took me months to crawl back up to just the depressed horrible self that I was before I ever stepped foot in this office. And last but not least the receptionist at this place looks and acts like he just got out of prison a few days ago. He is completely unprofessional, rude and bad at his job. I made an appointment with him, the appointment was over a month out so I waited and waited and waited. Four days before the appointment I get a phone call from him stating he made the appointment with the wrong doctor and that I would have to wait a month again before I could be seen. If I was hanging by a thread before and barley able to make it threw each day this place definitely cut the thread on me. My only goal coming here was to try and feel a little human again and try and come up with a reason for going on. This place took what little hope I had of ever feeling better and simply threw it in the trash. Thanks wellshire!

I was doubting whether any of my friends were real, I was doubting every motive I ever had, I was doubting whether I had been conning my way through my entire life, I was doubting whether my entire life was a facade, I was doubting everything. I was desperate to cling on to something and doubt - like the Ouroboros snake that eats it's own tail - was consuming me whole. My brain had quite suddenly turned on itself and I was completely lost amidst the spiraling anxiety. First, even if the bank did, they cannot refund it on the original card because that was cancelled. Second, the extra payment I made was on a credit card and so that is where the refund should go. That has no block. Their billing practice is sketch and so I did file a formal complaint and told them in no uncertain terms that my complaint stands, my low reviews stand, and they can keep the $20 if they feel all of this makes them feel good about their ethical practices in terms of billing and customer service. I have spent too much of my personal time, my work time, dealing with this. Fair would have been that both me and the company work to resolve the issue, but it has been essentially put on me. They took no accountability, offered no apology for my inconvenience, and gaslighting me. This is unfortunate because they have genuinely good counselors, therapists on staff but their leadership and overall ethics have much to be desired. This is my last update because I refuse to give them one more second of my valuable time for $20. Chalking this up to a $20 lesson of where not to do business. UPDATE: Downgraded my rating because I realized that they took my payment without recognizing that they had already took it so now THEY OWE ME $20. I keep calling the number on the automated response to these reviews that they say to call and I cannot get a live person. So now, they are 1 star and I can't get anyone to call me back. They are now claiming they credited it to my account but could not answer how this could be since I do not see a credit back to either my credit card or to my bank account. So the therapists are good as are the staff. The reason for my very low rating is because of the fact that they charged my card on file for a $20 copay owed from ONE YEAR AGO WITHOUT TELLING ME and so I thought it was fraudulent charge, cancelled my debit card, waited over a week to get my new one, had to notify all places that used my old debit card. If they had just called me, told me that I owed $20 from a year ago and ASKED IF IT IS OKAY to charge the card on file, I would have just said yes. No big deal but now they made it a big deal. I will NEVER go back ever. I don't care if they have the best staff on earth. NEVER because them not contacting me is NOT RIGHT. Shame on them!!!!

Just updating my review of Klarisana from the last few years of being with them. It's an absolutely…read morehorrid company that acts as a drug mill pushing as many clients in as possible, all while having a continuous revolving door of providers since nobody likes working at Klarisana (there are a few Reddit posts from previous workers that state Klarisana is a predatory company with shady practices including claims of skipping second doses on some clients). I went to both Denver and Longmont locations and felt like I was treated subhuman and like a burden every time I was there. I reported Longmont's location to the BHA but they couldn't do anything since Klarisana isn't governed by them (which they need to be). I was left unattended during a bad treatment after they turned away my NEMT ride last year and wanted me to pay $160 of my own money for their "uber health fee" to get home. My case manager said she's never worked with a medical provider this horrible and unreliable. Im thankful that I tried treatments again this year, but this time at Khrysalis. Everyone do yourself a favor and go to Khrysalis for your treatments. They offer IV covered by Medicaid and also offer snacks, eyemasks, blankets, and check in on your multiple times after each appointment. And they remember you each time you come in and treat you like family. Avoid Klarisana. Horribly run company who cares more about quantity of clients than quality of care or patient safety. I'm happy not to deal with this scary company anymore. Avoid them.

She immediately informed me she was $150/hr and didn't "do" insurance and wanted to refer me to a colleague. Sounded like she doesn't like or trust patients much.
