I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Cole's Bicycle Shop…read more For a very reasonable price, I received far more value than I expected. Mike discovered that my handlebars had been out of position since the bike was originally assembled--something I hadn't even realized. He took the time to call me, explain what he found, and let me decide how I wanted to proceed. I really appreciated that level of communication and customer care. When I picked up the bike, the derailleurs looked brand new, and the brakes and shifters were working better than ever. I jokingly asked for the "luxury treatment," but honestly, that's exactly what I received. The real proof came when I took the bike out for a ride immediately afterward. It was the best ride I've had on this bike. Everything felt smoother, more responsive, and more comfortable than ever before. Mike and the team consistently provide excellent service, fair pricing, and a customer experience that makes you feel valued. It's always a pleasure to visit Cole's, and I'll definitely be returning again and again. Thank you, Mike, for taking such great care of both me and my bike! ‍

After replacing two tires, brake pads, a tube and a full tune up, I paid just under $200. My bike rides smoother than when I bought it new and I couldn't be happier. A gentleman even helped my grandfather by lifting it into the bed of his truck. Amazing service, Cole's. Thank you.

And saw the "under" orientation of the toilet paper, which violates the original patent for toilet paper holders from 1891, where the paper clearly goes over the top. The "over" configuration: * prevents the roll from brushing the wall * makes it easier to grab with one hand * reduces accidental unrolling * and, most importantly, does not make decent people feel like they're living in a lawless society. What you have here is bathroom anarchy. I must admit that tile and brushed metal fixtures actually look really nice, which somehow makes the backward roll even more upsetting. It's like a beautifully plated meal served on the floor. Moreover, the ceiling contains approximately 400 judgmental eyes observing you while you attempt to live your life. The wallpaper on the ceiling (on the ceiling!!!) has a pattern based on the "evil eye" motif (sometimes called nazar), which shows up in Mediterranean and Middle Eastern design. Traditionally it's supposed to ward off bad luck or jealousy. All it does in this case is confirm the establishment has abandoned reason and at least one of the people who work has met a psychedelic mushroom. Still, the vibe everywhere else in this place is amazing and the coffees are very very good!

What a hidden little gem! Visited during December and the line is still out the door!…read more Pros -has its own parking lot but be careful, some spaces are reserved -physical space has seating, tables, and a few comfy chairs inside. There is a long bar area and also a smaller bar area near the cashier area for seating. The place is warm and cozy, definitely a place where the baristas will start to know your orders. We noticed an outdoor seating area but couldn't see the space fully to know how big it was. -service was friendly and served with smiles -I didn't see a whole lot of food options. Luckily, we came on a Saturday, when waffles are served. -tons of coffee, tea options. And hot cocoa for the kids. They even put whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon on top. My daughter felt very fancy! -waffles were delicious! Fluffy and filling! Kid approved! Cons -possibly a few more food options. I only saw toast and waffles (only on weekends) We had a great experience and would absolutely return again!

Would you have the knowledge offered, polite service and 100% awesome experience in another shop? Only if you were in their second location in State College. Great place. My hydraulic brakes were making random scraping noises, and gears 7 and 8 had a slight clicking feeling. I also wanted a general check to make sure everything was aligned and torqued properly. I was greeted by Max and explained the issues. He offered a $90 "Stage One" package--cleaning, lubrication, tightening, tire pressure, and inspection. My bike was only two weeks old, so I was hesitant, but since my requested repairs were only $30, I agreed. Three hours later, I got a call that the bike was done. Fast, I thought--maybe that's why they have good reviews. But when I picked it up the next day, the scraping and clicking were still there. It was clear they'd only done the Stage One package, skipping the actual repairs. They even claimed my two-week-old chain was 25% worn, which made no sense. I called and spoke to Chris, who said I could bring it back. When I returned, Chris seemed rushed and a bit dismissive, but after we went over everything again, he promised to personally inspect the bike and offered a refund along with free repairs. That was fair, so I left it with him. By Wednesday afternoon--two days later--I hadn't heard anything, so I called. Chris said he wanted to test ride it before I picked it up, and I got a call later that day saying it was ready. Unfortunately, the back brake was still scraping. Chris admitted he hadn't touched the back tire--even though I'd clearly mentioned both. He told me to "double tap the brakes" to stop the noise. My gears still click, and the rear brake squeaks worse than before. Even my wife noticed. After four hours of driving and multiple visits, I'm left with the same problems I started with. Very disappointed.
