Hour waiting for them to tell us it could not be done and the firearms needed to be shipped ffl to ffl. Not true. Hey Green Monstar, its okay for you to say you dont want to get involved in that transfer at that time. The lady who I saw for about 5 minutes the whole hour came out and asked the guy working the counter to when he had a minute call so and so to come pick up his sh!t (appeared to be a pistol) Nice touch. Prices are high. 10 out of 10 wont be back. I'd rate this place minus stars. -2 Oh, if you do have to wait. Good luck all the available sitting areas are behind the counter.

Don't trust the people working there to make any recommendations. I purchased a suppressor, and one…read moreof the employees handed me a mount for it, in addition to the ones that came with it. Turns out, the mount didn't fit the suppressor, and now they won't let me return it, so I have a paperweight. Their suggestion was to purchase another suppressor that will fit the mount they sold me, and to also purchase another mount from them that will fit what I already have. I will, but from somewhere else!

They transferred the suppressor to this company aces N 8s, It took a couple of phone calls and bs stories but I finally filled my paperwork. Unfortunately the ATF lost my fingerprint cards... it has been over a year and I still get no response form this company. I spoke with pennsylvania state police and was instructed to file theft against then. Be very careful dealing with this company they stole over $1000 from me. I just want to make sure others do not get ripped of as well.

It had a leupold scope with it not attached…read more After months of calls and time after time promises of return phone calls that never happened., At this point I was just going to get my weapon back. When I went in, they told me they had it in the back and we're mounting my scope for free. When they brought out my 44 it had a bushnell on it. When I pointed out the mistake they argued with me treated me like I was being dishonest. I showed pics of the gun w/the leupold scope. After checking the security tape. The atmosphere changed because they knew they were the ones that were in the wrong. I was then invited to the back Gunsmithing area. It is a disaster area. It's a wonder that they can find anything in that mess! I was invited to see what a mess it was because that was the excuse for treating me like a criminal or a fraudster. In the end I did get back me original scope but it's really left me feeling violated because of their clutter and incompetence.
