WE WERE LIED TO FROM THE START!!! My fiancée and I went to this store to add her onto my plan. We…read morewere told by the associate Cory that with adding her to my line, it would only increase my monthly bill to $108. My current bill was $87.26 and had been since Sep of 2023. I made sure by asking Cory again that was what we would be paying and he said yes! I then asked about a watch. He showed me a few watches and told me that this watch, the Galaxy Watch Ultra 47MM had a special on it that if I add the line, T-Mobile would cover the cost of the watch. I asked him how much a watch line was per month on my account. He said $12 and i said great! Let's do that! My fiancee and I asked him multiple times, "so our monthly bill after today will be roughly $120, right?" He said yes. We said, let's do it. For any one who has tmobile, you know that they send you a text from a 456 number telling you your next bill is available to view. When I received that text, it stated that I owned $300.08!!! What!!?? When I went to call this branch, it said they were temporarily closed. I called customer service and they half-way didn't believe me, then told me that if you make a change in the middle of a billing cycle, there's a fee. That would have been nice to know from the associate. He could have told us that if you wait a few days, you can avoid this fee, but he didn't because they're hungry for money and ready to steal. Customer service also told me that my bill, after the fee falls off, would be $215.49, far from what Cory told us after we asked multiple times what our monthly bill would be. I have T-Life, the app that let's you view bills and in the app, it's telling me that I have an installment plan for the watch!!! I was told the cost of the watch was covered if i just added a line!! I also have 3 separate lines plus the watch line when I should only have 2 lines and the watch line. WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED!!!??? THIS STORE HOUSES SOME STRAIGHT UP CROOKS!!! OUT TO STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!! DON'T GO TO THIS STORE!!!

That is from an employee themselves. Jennifer acts completely inappropriate at work in addressing clients with disrespect and always listening to derogatory Latin music and speaking in the same manner to her many boyfriends all day. This is inappropriate and unprofessional as well as disrespectful to the clients and they're children. There is no place for this conduct in a professional setting. I would think seriously before I become a customer at any of the upstate locations because they are all crooks. Oh and if you're looking for employment think again they will work you then fire you and delete your hours on your final check to avoid payment. This is a federal violation and are currently under investigation for underhand business practices. Go some where else people it's just not worth it here. Would rate -5 stats but you can't go below one to pay a review. Sorry just being honest.
