In preparation for our upcoming move, I've been looking around for a place to buy a large quantity of moving boxes. Target, U-Haul, etc. And I have been really surprised how much individual boxes cost. Husband did an internet search and found this place and we realized the cost per box was really great! And they offer all the side bits too, like tape guns, and bubble wrap, and packing paper. I called around 11:30am and explained what I would need and the lady helped me with pricing and options and I placed my order. And around 2:30pm I received a call saying my delivery would arrive shortly. And about a half hour later, it was here! Even in ATL Friday afternoon traffic. And delivery was free!!!!! (I think you do need to order a certain amount for the free part) Everyone I dealt with were as nice as could be. I so highly recommend them. I just arrived around 2:15 to drop off a box to return to Amazon and the employee Emma (there is…read morenot a name tag, so she could have been lying; she is a short blonde white girl with glasses) told me that she will not accept the package because the box is open. When I showed her the paper with the label that I printed she lied to me that the instructions say the box has to be sent covered up (the paper does not say anything about that). When I told her that the box should be accepted she immediately became very upset and began telling me me verbatim to get out of her store, and when I asked her to repeat it so that I could record her she threatened to call the cops on me if I did not leave and she told me she did not care that the store cameras were recording her. I left the store and I will not be returning ever again. I am a Hispanic person and did not see her treating other customers nearly as rudely. I noticed that all of the white people that were coming here to drop off their items were trying to return open packages and she accepted them without issue, she is a racist woman and it is unfortunate that my child had to witness this issue and the 10 costumers at store.
