I called the T-Mobile store in Easley, and they said they only sign up new customers; they don't provide service. This was a female who spoke on the phone. I have since learned that the store is supposed to provide service to T-Mobile customers. However, the agents only get commissions for new customers when they sign up. So, these agents are shirking their responsibilities, big time!!!

So far fetched with no proof. Cables caught my air conditioner and ripped from top. As it is not drivable due to this, no one calls me back and just takes my name and number. It's incurred Uber costs of $100 dollars a day to and from my job. There's no records in a computer database of my calls. No air conditioner thanks to Windstream, when it's bill time they want payment right away. Why is it so different for me? I cancelled my Windstream account, they're awful.
