They also sourced out a part and said they would call me with a date for a full repair/replacement. To my total surprise Steve, the Assistant Manager, called me on Monday to say that they had received my part and could schedule me in for a repair date. I found that everyone there knew what good Customer Service was all about and provided that to me in spades! David, the General Manager, was very personable and took the time to offer explanations and make me feel at ease. Glenmore, the Repair Technician, did an excellent job of both the temporary and permanent repairs for which I am truly grateful! And, to add the icing on top, they washed my car before handing it back to me---what a lovely and considerate touch!!
