They are not careful during the process of oil change and leave missing pieces or loosen bolts. Matthew arrogance and Ego are huge. They overcharged and demand to change things that your car doesn't need. So, if you are a woman, please find a better place where to go. For example, their diagnosis on my brakes was simply not true. I am confident this was just an attempt to sell me on brakes. A headlight diagnosis was that I had a blown bulb and there was labor required to remove the headlight assembly when in reality it was simply a blown fuse. Following this, I had the work completed elsewhere to satisfy everything they had listed for the car to pass a safety inspection. When I returned for the re-inspection they simply refused to give my car a safety and came back with a new list of things they were unhappy with that apparently required repairs or changes. This garage tries to make things seem worse than they are to get business. In the end, I did receive a refund for the cost of the safety which I am thankful for. However, there was no respect for the time that I spent satisfying their requirements for a safety certification and dealing with made up issues that were not of concern. When performing a safety inspection on a car there is a schedule that you must follow. If the car meets the standards specified it is safe to be used on the road. I can't understand how you can have your own set of standards and then not honor the repairs that you had requested. I would avoid this garage and not go back, I hope you avoid the same mistake I made.
