I came here on a hematologist referral to get to the bottom of some issues I'm having. It's easy to find and all the staff were incredibly friendly. They process their lab results almost immediately. My only annoyance is the length of time appointments take. My appointment was scheduled for 8:10, they asked me to be there 30 min early. Fine since I'm a new patient. But the. You could possibly find people that will answer the phone. The lady that I talk to on the phone so that she was the only person there I called several several times to try and get an appointment with no response and then when I called for the address, the lady didn't know what it was and so she transferred me again to the office where they are very short staffed and I got no answer. My Aunt had a tiny spot in her lung..small cell. Carc. Insurance requires the first treatment be chemo, then they can add keytruda. First scan..spot is a tad smaller, add keytruda for 4 treatments.. new scan..no change, but keep going.. next scan..inoperable brain cancer.. sent in hospice and dropped her.. 1 year later.. my mom had a tiny spot on her lung, explained what happened to Aunt, they denied and moved forward.. my mom would try it all.. same scenario as above.. the keytruda cost her insurance $22,000 a treatment.. she had 2 years of treatment.. the last drug was a new one and caused the cancer to spread through out her body.. there are over 25 seats in that place by Crestwood, triple at the CCI building off holmes.. always full. That's over 1 million dollars an hour.. big ole smiles on everyone's face as they poison people. Spacing the scans to get alot of treatments in. Straight chemo NOT an option. Its heartbreaking. It's disgusting, its torture. But my mom and aunt wouldn't quit. My uncle watched all this and when he got cancer he opted to "die comfortably " at home and not go through that horror. Do people get cured? I don't know. I do know they told us they couldnt cure her but maybe give her an extra year of life. It was full of torture and false hope. Try holistic first please. And pay to get your own scans in between. read more

I have been going to CCI for over 4 years. Only problem I ever had was my appointment was delayed a little while my doctor told a guy and his family there was nothing else that could be done. Great staff! Very helpful and have always taken the time to answer all my questions. read more

This place SUCKS! Thought I was gonna love my doctor. But now I feel ABANDONED. I was told bleeding internally, Very anemic, they were supposed to make me appointment with another doctor. Have waited a month and several calls back to them. Promised a call back with long detailed message if not home. LIARS!! I called doctor myself They sent record of visit did not request appointment, though I have called several times. Talked with gastro doctor today and made my own appointment. I've been to several cancer centers over the past 8 years, and this was by far the best. I know some people gripe about waiting etc... But when you have a huge task in taking care of so many patients, this will happen. The doctors, lab techs, PA, and NPs I've seen were great and treated me well over the years. I had an appointment and had to be there on time. After waiting two hours and no doctor I left my time is just as important as the Dr at the end of the day doctors should remember that we pay their salaries and treat the patient with the respect that they want to be treated. I will not return to CCI. read more

From the front desk to the ladies and gentlemen in the back where you have to get your blood work done and then over to the ladies at the front desk to check in for your appt Were always great. Always friendly. Then the ladies that call your name to have your weight and BP check were always so nice. Then going to dreadful back to have chemo done but The nurses to the volunteers were always so friendly and made sure you were doing good. And my Doctor, Dr E and his nurse and assistant were the best ever!!!! Always took time and listened to me. The only thing I was really was disappointed abt was. It was my last day of chemo after 8 months and I beat it. There was no ringing of the bell. Nobody acknowledged it was my last day. Maybe I'm being a baby but beating cancer is a huge deal read more

Make sure they treat YOUR kind of cancer. After making an appointment, filling out forms, transferring records and basically wasting almost a month to see a doctor, received a phone call 3 hours from scheduled appointment saying' we don't treat that kind of cancer". Worst place to go. I've been scheduled 3 times and was told today that they have no record and this doctor does not see patients on Fridays. I've taken off of work multiple times and desperately need an iron transfusion. The scheduling team was unhelpful and unreliable and will put your life at risk with their behavior. I came to know CCI due to a cancer diagnosis while hospitalized for stomach pain. They were very professional. Coming to their clinic was a little intimidating. However, I have always been treated with the utmost respect and almost always in a timely manner. However, there are times I have needed things explained more thoroughly. They will always take as much time as I need. This makes other patients wait longer. I, myself, would much rather wait a while and know when I need more attention from the doctor I will get it, just like other patients should expect. read more
