All they care about is charging fees and making your business suffer. I really wish someone would have told me how HORRIBLE this bank is if you're not Dick Scaife or Warren Buffett. They'll hold deposits back so they can charge you NSF fees on DEBIT CARD TRANSACTIONS!!!! When I called to work things out, the ignorant "woman" on the phone told me that I shold have money in my account before I charge things.. They lost 10 years of personal banking from us over raping our business and trying to clean us out. Shame on them!

It's a nice new building, 3 lanes of drive through service and one for the ATM. Inside the atmosphere and people are pleasant. You can't believe the comments I've gotten over the years when I write a check and people see the imprint of Mars National Bank there complete with an image of the planet. Ha. They almost think it's fake. I've never had an issue here but I'm deducting one star cause the drive through lane is super tight. But that's nitpicking. I haven't hit anything yet!

As I am fairly new to the city of Pittsburgh coming from NY I needed a local bank account…read more I decided on PNC as they have both personal and business accounts and there are no fees. I went in to my local branch nearest my house and was greeted immediately by one of the tellers and was asked what they can do for me. I said I was interested in opening an account and they said It would just be a few minutes. It is a smaller size branch but it does have customer service and chairs as well as an atm and open 24 hours. I sat down with one of the reps and he explained the different plans and I decided on the virtual wallet which is a combined checking and savings with no fees ever. The staff where super friendly and very helpful. I am glad I choose this bank.
