I decided to give them my repeat business and had a windshield replaced on my vehicle on a Friday. I dropped it off first thing in the morning, it was ready to be picked up by 3 - great. On Tuesday (4 days later) we had inclement weather and I went out to my vehicle to find water POURING in through my windshield seal and running into and dripping on the dashboard. I immediately went back to Newburgh Auto Glass and the gentleman was very apologetic (said he had been doing this "15 years and this never happens..") and told me to drop it off for a day whenever I could so he could fix it. This morning I brought my vehicle to be repaired. The woman in the office was extremely rude and unprofessional. Suddenly this went from being a one day repair to two days - not ok. I will not be returning to Newburgh Auto Glass, and I still have a vehicle with a bad water leak. STAY AWAY. Spare yourself the headache and pay a few extra dollars to have your job done correctly the first time!!

DO NOT USE!…read more I made an appointment for my Toyota FJ Cruiser, which needs a few specialty parts (I've had the windshield done before so I know this) and they quoted me $371. On the day of the install, the tech calls and said "I dont have the parts, they didn't tell me I needed them." Ok, very frustrating, but I rescheduled AND called back to CONFIRM that they knew what vehicle they were replacing. They said yes, all set. Then, on the morning of the second appointment, the tech called me and said, "Okay, so it will be $651." Yes, almost THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS more. I called the office and the guy said, "well, it's an FJ Cruiser and it needs special parts." Well no kidding, you knew that from the beginning! What an absolute joke and waste of my time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. There is no way they have a 4.7 out of 5 stars, that has to be fake. Run as fast as you can from this joke of a company.

I call him about it and he tells me to come in so he could fix it so here I am sitting here in the parking lot of Orange County Auto Tinting writing a horrible review because Steven decided that he was going to cut out the tint that was placed over the two stickers and now it looks totally unprofessional. See the picture and you'll find out what I'm talking about. How can you leave someone's tint job like that? I paid money for you to do it right not to have it look like a 5 year old did it. I will be taking him to Court and suing him for the money that I paid to tint the windshield. I won't ever come back here and I advise everyone to stay away from this place!

I message again weeks later for an inquiry. As soon as I told him my year make and model he stopped replying. I ask again and we finally made an appointment. He won't give you his address until the day of the appointment. The night before, I ask for the address. No reply. I ask the day of, no answer. I call. He gives a sorry excuse for an apology. Says he'll make room for me and he'll text me the address. I still haven't gotten that text. I thought we were adults. If you don't want to business with someone, say so.
