My wife, who is far more critical than I am, went over the repair with her magnifying glass eyes and gave it an 11 on a 1 to 10 scale. I was kept informed throughout the process, updated as necessary, and they went over every line item on the repair invoice when we picked the car up. Went in for a repair estimate and somehow left more confused than when I arrived. Mike looked at my car for maybe 3 minutes, tapped on the hood like he was in a movie, and immediately tried quoting me over $3,000 in repairs with almost no explanation. When I asked for a breakdown of the estimate, he got defensive and started throwing around vague mechanic terms hoping I wouldn't question it. Took the estimate to another shop and found out half the stuff Mike claimed was "urgent" didn't even need to be repaired. The whole place gives off shady vibes. Felt less like an honest repair shop and more like a place that preys on people who don't know cars. Would not trust Mike with a bicycle, let alone a vehicle. read more

Had an estimate done to have transmission cooling lines put in a Chevy Malibu and they gave me a price of $850! The Chevy dealership only wanted $550. They over priced the parts to almost $200 and $650 in labor ‍. They even charged me $50 just for the estimate! I didn't even get an estimate till two days later. Thieves at work! I bought the parts for $75 and someone to do the work for $200. Make sure you do your research before dropping your car off there! read more

I had to bring my car here to be estimated after someone hit me. I waited in the main room, on time for my appointment, and I was ignored until that time. It's an interesting experience when you are one of three people in an office and the other two are the employees. Mike then did the estimate and made a series of degrading remarks about my car, a car that I *loved* and was so sad to lose when someone else totaled it. I asked questions about their process and his answers each time were in a tone like I'm an idiot, when in reality, I'm not from the East Coast and you practically need a passport to live out here...it's like living in a foreign country that speaks English. Just such a horrible experience from start to finish, I just wanted him to do the estimate so it could be sent to the insurance and I could move on with my life. And I have, but you better believe if I ever need body work or an estimate again, I won't be coming here. read more

Robert C. This place is awesome. The owners are professional and friendly. My son hit a deer and put over $5000 dollars damage on my 2011 Kia Optima Turbo. The car was ready as promised and looks better than the day I bought it brand new. There was some minor prior paint chips on the rear of the car and I asked them to look at painting the rear bumper and trunk and give my an estimate on fixing that as I would be paying of pocket. They ended up touching it up rather than spraying it and it looks fantastic and they didn't charge me anything! When I picked up the car not only was all the paint and body work done to the highest standards, (It's perfect!) but the entire car, inside and out was detailed better than any other detailing job I have ever seen. I have been driving for nearly forty years and have had to have body work done many times, usually deer strikes, and have never had anything close to the quality of the work they did.
