2023 Lexus ES that decided it needed to interact with a parking pole. :( Mike, Makalyn, and crew were terrific. My wife, who is far more critical than I am, went over the repair with her magnifying glass eyes and gave it an 11 on a 1 to 10 scale. I was kept informed throughout the process, updated as necessary, and they went over every line item on the repair invoice when we picked the car up. A special shout out to the person who did the paint match. Custom paint, perfect match. Hopefully, I won't have to see them again other than to say "hi", but if I do, I know the vehicle will be in good hands. THANK YOU for a job well done! read more

Went in for a repair estimate and somehow left more confused than when I arrived. Mike looked at my car for maybe 3 minutes, tapped on the hood like he was in a movie, and immediately tried quoting me over $3,000 in repairs with almost no explanation. When I asked for a breakdown of the estimate, he got defensive and started throwing around vague mechanic terms hoping I wouldn't question it. Took the estimate to another shop and found out half the stuff Mike claimed was "urgent" didn't even need to be repaired. The whole place gives off shady vibes. Felt less like an honest repair shop and more like a place that preys on people who don't know cars. Would not trust Mike with a bicycle, let alone a vehicle. read more

Had an estimate done to have transmission cooling lines put in a Chevy Malibu and they gave me a price of $850! The Chevy dealership only wanted $550. They over priced the parts to almost $200 and $650 in labor ‍. They even charged me $50 just for the estimate! I didn't even get an estimate till two days later. Thieves at work! I bought the parts for $75 and someone to do the work for $200. Make sure you do your research before dropping your car off there! read more

I had to bring my car here to be estimated after someone hit me. I waited in the main room, on time for my appointment, and I was ignored until that time. It's an interesting experience when you are one of three people in an office and the other two are the employees. Mike then did the estimate and made a series of degrading remarks about my car, a car that I *loved* and was so sad to lose when someone else totaled it. I asked questions about their process and his answers each time were in a tone like I'm an idiot, when in reality, I'm not from the East Coast and you practically need a passport to live out here...it's like living in a foreign country that speaks English. Just such a horrible experience from start to finish, I just wanted him to do the estimate so it could be sent to the insurance and I could move on with my life. And I have, but you better believe if I ever need body work or an estimate again, I won't be coming here. read more

Robert C. This place is awesome. The owners are professional and friendly. My son hit a deer and put over $5000 dollars damage on my 2011 Kia Optima Turbo. The car was ready as promised and looks better than the day I bought it brand new. There was some minor prior paint chips on the rear of the car and I asked them to look at painting the rear bumper and trunk and give my an estimate on fixing that as I would be paying of pocket. They ended up touching it up rather than spraying it and it looks fantastic and they didn't charge me anything! When I picked up the car not only was all the paint and body work done to the highest standards, (It's perfect!) but the entire car, inside and out was detailed better than any other detailing job I have ever seen. I have been driving for nearly forty years and have had to have body work done many times, usually deer strikes, and have never had anything close to the quality of the work they did. Michael graduated from Thomas Edison with a diploma in auto body repair in 1980. He began as an apprentice and by the mid 1980's he was a bodyman and was custom painting motorcycles. By the early 1990's, while working in a 20,000 square foot repair facility, he was promoted to management. In 2000 Michael became a NYS Licensed Independent Adjuster. Although he has been in the auto body repair industry for almost thirty-five years, he keeps up on modern technology with annual training. He holds I-Car Platinum Certifications in Structural Repairs, Non-Structural Repairs, and Welding. He is also Hunter four wheel alignment certified. Carole Ann graduated college with a Master of Science and has a background in accounting, business, sales and marketing. Since opening Wallkill Body Shop and Glass she has taken extensive industry training and holds I-Car Platinum Certifications in Refinishing and Estimating. She has also completed several environmental safety classes and is a member of WIN

I immediately went back to Newburgh Auto Glass and the gentleman was very apologetic (said he had been doing this "15 years and this never happens..") and told me to drop it off for a day whenever I could so he could fix it. This morning I brought my vehicle to be repaired. The woman in the office was extremely rude and unprofessional. Suddenly this went from being a one day repair to two days - not ok. I will not be returning to Newburgh Auto Glass, and I still have a vehicle with a bad water leak. STAY AWAY. Spare yourself the headache and pay a few extra dollars to have your job done correctly the first time!!

I called the office and the guy said, "well, it's an FJ Cruiser and it needs special parts." Well no kidding, you knew that from the beginning! What an absolute joke and waste of my time. A simple tire repair should not have taken 2 1/2 hours, yet that's exactly how long I was there. What I don't understand is why the technicians spent time opening my hood and inspecting mechanical components that had absolutely nothing to do with the reason I came in. I wasn't there for a vehicle inspection or maintenance--I was there to have a tire repaired. My tire should have been fixed promptly, especially since I had an appointment. To make matters worse, I was charged $43 to repair a tire with a nail in it. Most reputable tire shops charge around $20 for a standard plug-and-patch repair. The biggest disappointment came a week later when the tire started leaking again. I had to take my vehicle to another tire shop, where they repaired it correctly. While waiting, I also noticed that the customer experience left a lot to be desired. The restroom was dirty, the waiting room had uncomfortable chairs, and the television was broken, making an already lengthy wait even more unpleasant. So, after waiting 2 1/2 hours, paying what I consider an excessive price, sitting in an uncomfortable waiting room with a dirty restroom and broken TV, and then having to pay another shop to repair the same tire correctly, I have to ask: Why would I ever go back? Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location.

Pick the vehicle up a week later yes the work appears satisfactory. Worth the exception of the poor detail work. Further upon reading receipt and inspecting my vehicle. Claimed they changed entire rear hatch I doubt it though. I have an emblem that would have had to be removed in order to replace that batch and it wasn't. So no I do not recommend this place.

Never in my life…read morehave I dealt with such incompetent people not only did they try to rip my insurance company off but now a year later I'm find that they charged my ins co for parts that they never used which in turn caused more damage to my car. now this year my brothers car was hit an I recommended this bussiness which I will never do again they didn't put the screws back in his car door which cause his car door to fall off several times. Him an I just had to order these parts from our car companies so we can fix on our own! I would never recommend this company to anyone again. Terrible work!!!
