He made some recommendations for chiropractic and physical therapy starting at about 3 times a week and then scaling back once I started feeling better. We were patients a few years ago. We ran into them at the…read moremall and went in for a free screening. Well, we were both "diagnosed" with severe spinal problems that (lo and behold) only Dr. Lofton could fix. We were pressured and scared into paying a lot of money up front for all the many visits we apparently desperately needed. We had a baby at the time but still drove over an hour to get there, multiple times a week, for months. During that time neither of us (my husband and I) experienced any improvement in our health. The only one on one time we got was during the initial high pressure sales pitch. Everything else was like an assembly line. After waiting in the waiting room for 25 minutes you'd wait on a table in a room with maybe 7-8 other people and get 3 very brief moments of attention we're you'd get popped with his metal doo-hickey. We realized it was a scam and tried to get some of our money back. No dice. It was a miserable experience. I've since seen a few different chiros, all of whom gave me excellent one on one care with absolutely no pressure for follow up visits. Not only did we receive poor care but there was also pressure to buy and use the MLM supplements they sold. It had an overall kool-aid drinker feel to it. The drive, the money lost, the overall experience put a huge strain on our family. This is my completely honest assessment. Save yourself a lot of money and go somewhere else. Or better yet, get a good massager and foam roller and do it yourself.
