They have good fields that are fun to play on and good refs but the replica rentals are insanely old and broken. They don't work most of the time and even when they "fix" them, they still don't work. I would not recommend you go unless you're bringing your own replica. read more

I've personally been going to Clearwater paintball since I wanna say I was 10-11 I'm now 16. They have always been helpful, they have always had safety as a number 1 priority each game lasts up to about 20 minutes I would say it depends on the game mode and how many people are out there, Everyone is very friendly and very open to getting the younger generation into the sport, that's the regulars there and staff, I would definitely recommend have birthday parties, graduation parties, or even just a day to get out with your buddy's - Gabriel read more

I called today to make a reservation for a party of 7. I had my son speak because I am teaching him to take care of these kinds of tasks. When my son told him he wanted to make a reservation for a party, in a condensing rude way the employee tells my son "well I need more information than that to make a reservation". He did not realize he was on speaker phone. When I confronted him, he hung up. This begs the question, how do they treat the kids and teenagers who go in there on their own. No need for rudeness, have we not learned anything during these times. Be an example to The youth. read more

The dog on site bit me in the leg. It must happen relatively often because after it happened and I exclaimed, the manager asked "did she bite you?" Considering we were at a paintball facility with multiple things that could go wrong, if the employee asks if the dog bit you as his FIRST GUESS then I'd be willing to bet that this dog has bitten several guests over the years. However the patrons are ... how would you say not just rough around the edges, but talk about their Memorabilia that has swasti7as on it, and similar such. Actually the worst paintball place I have ever been to. I had a reservation for a party of 5 and we only got to play one game. They constantly told us that we could not play because there were others who wanted to play, but I soon realized that those other people that they were letting play were friends with the workers and they were professionals. They said we would have to play against the professionals if we wanted to play and would not let us use the small field even with a reservation. But we could not play with them because we were with 3 kids that were 10, 11,13 who have never played before and they would not have fun at all against the pros. read more

Staff is nice except the guy taking your money. He's unprofessional and treats outsiders like crap. Website says novice friendly but they really aren't. The people playing here treat novices poorly. The guy passing out the rentals treats people poorly and is quick to yell at kids for doing something wrong, as in, they made a mistake, NOT on purpose. If you're using Groupon the attitude gets even worse, so be prepared to have your reservation time changed once he learns you are using Groupon or even the day changed. If he doesn't want to honor Groupon, then don't participate in the program. Too bad for the kids that just want to have fun. read more
