We all were intrigued, so we bought it. We were then forced to buy socks. On Mondays they have a $15 pair deal. You and one other person pay $15 to bounce. Once we were told to buy the socks, bought the ninja warrior course, and taxes, it came out to $23-$24. We went over to the ninja warrior course, which we were told it's great to upgrade to, and 2 of the courses had broken parts. The staff was aware of this and yet still wanted to offer the upgrade failing to let us know the parts were broken. I found that very unprofessional and unkind, Especially coming from the manager. My cousin and I were refunded, after the manager and her staff had an attitude and made it seem extremely difficult to want our money back for a broken course. We were not allowed to continue the ninja warrior course even though there was this inconvenience. I found that very odd. The place was clean for the most part, the trampolines were fun, as well as the dodgeball area. But all the other attractions were an upgrade. I just felt like any way they could get our money, they tried. Even the lockers to store your personal belongings were for a price! Overall we had a decent time, but for the price; I would say I wouldn't go back very often unless their specials were more inclusive with what they have going on building wide.

The music played overhead was a little too loud and 90% Spanish and not good at all which really made the experience a lot worse. Playing more friendly kids Disney music in English would be ideal. Additionally, it simply does not have as large of a variety of activities for kids as Flying Squirrel Trampoline Park in Lutz. It is an okay spot to get some energy out, but the upkeep and activity options leave a lot to be desired. My daughter's socks were black by the end of the session because of how dirty the place was. One of the ball pits was closed and another area was closed on a peak weekend day which should not happen. Hope management can clean the sticky tables & couches & dirty floors and offer better kid friendly kids music and offer more variety of activities.

Ben previously was on a league here a while ago so I'd stop in from time to time to say hi on my…read moreway home but I am personally not much of a bowler myself so it's best I just stay away from the lanes. LOL. During one of my trips back home to visit friends, we all got together to bowl, much to my dislike but time with friends beats all that. During our time Ben and my friend Lisa got into a pretty competitive race with each other on who was going to win and well now it is their thing to joke with each other about. While Lisa was down visiting us earlier this year, a repeat game was very much on their to-do list. Maple Lanes is just a few miles down 19 from where we live so I planned a night for us all to go. Lisa is from a small town in Michigan so she was blown away when our ordered items came over to us from a "server robot". She still talks about how cool that was. It just makes me laugh at things like this because it really shows the differences of what I left behind in Michigan and what things just seem normal to me now in a larger city environment. We all had a great time together and Ben was all too pleased that he still holds that winning title between the two of them.
