My wife and I were about to sign a $4300 contract (please note that no services were rendered), but we already had a fertilizer contractor. I was working with the owner and my fertilizer contractor to ensure everything went smoothly. However as soon as there was an issue with the fertilizer I was using and the proposal from Don he simply said "I want to cut ties" (please note we were still planning on having everything done listed in the contract).
