We set a date and time and they were there, right on schedule. I got the crew coffee and donuts to have while they put together a game plan on the property that morning. I spent the morning watching (from a safe distance) as they used the crane to lift to remove the cottonwood poplar and silver maple with precision. We immediately received a quote and a date for the project. Timberline kept to that date and kept us updated as to their arrival time. My front door was sprayed along the sides and top with spray that got lots of spray on my glass screen door. Just how many pests are going to crawl up the wall into my garden kitchen window? This happened the next year and I called them to clean the glass. Today for the third time my glass screen door was sprayed from top to bottom. I caught the gal doing the spraying and she said it wasn't intentional but it certainly could have been or it was pure carelessness. I told her that it wasn't necessary to spray in my area and she said that she would make sure that it was in their notes not to spray my area. I had a giant tree that was very heavily overgrown and looked like it was dying... Sammy came out…read moreand looked at it and told me that he could trim it back and explained what he would do and how he could save the tree... He came with his crew and did an amazing job and the tree looked beautiful afterwards... It's been about five months and the tree appears to have completely recovered... I would have cut that tree down according to the recommendation of several other tree services that I had to come over... But it is healthy and beautiful because of climbing Sammy.
