The invoice from Pride Carpet indicates they have a lifetime warranty on all stretching so I contacted Doug about the issue. He got back to me after 2 messages and came that day to take a look. He assured me he could re-stretch the carpet, but told me to wait a week because it had been humid. I called a week later and advised the "bump" was still noticeable and I would like to schedule the work. After 3 more voice mails and 1 email over the next 2 weeks I finally heard back from Doug. He indicated he was currently unable to work but said he would get back to me the next week. It has now been 10 weeks and he has not returned any of my messages. I would not recommend using Pride Carpet. The workmanship is questionable, they are unreliable, unresponsive and do not follow through on their guarantees.
