Maintenance is also pretty quick to fix any issues. 10/10 place to live. Not to mention its about 1-2 miles from Old Town Burleson.

Let that sink in. Being falsely accused like that isn't just annoying--it's straight disrespectful. It says more about the person throwing accusations than the person they're aimed at. I even offered to let her come check for herself, and suddenly the story changed real quick. Funny how that works. This has easily been the worst apartment experience I've ever had. Between people blasting music all night and management creating problems out of thin air, this place feels more like a headache than a home. And to Daisy--if making tenants feel small is the goal, congratulations. But maybe try facts next time instead of assumptions. Life gets a lot easier when you don't have to backpedal.

The problems started right away. On our move in date our apartment wasn't ready, and they had to…read moremove us into another vacant apartment that we hadn't planned on. After that, we had a mice infestation, (3-4 a day). We submitted several maintenance requests, to which they didn't respond to until we had to email them several times, as well as going to the office and talking to them in person. When we talked to them in person they told us the next time a mouse comes in to bring it down to the office and show them. (?) When maintenance finally arrived they scouted the place for entry points and offered to lay down traps but at that point we had already spent nearly $100 on traps and laid them ourselves. We had our shower faucet pop off and weren't able to turn off the water, our apartment was close to flooding and when we called the after hours emergency maintenance line nobody answered. We had to go knock on the maintenance man's door at 10 pm. (He wasn't home and we had to wait for him to get there and flush buckets of water down the toilet to avoid flooding) There have been several times my boyfriend went to talk to the office during open hours and the office was locked and he would have to wait for them to come unlock it. The gym door was locked and never able to get into. Our fridge constantly squeaked, toilet made a constant hissing sound, two of our stovetops didn't work from the first month we moved in. None of these problems were fixed even when we reached out to maintenance. Neighbors constantly blasting music so loud our walls would vibrate, my car got crashed into in the parking lot (it was parked in a spot) and there were no cameras so I now have a busted taillight. They never picked up the valet trash that we paid for. This is just a few of the multiple problems that we have had with these apartments. They're cheap and a decent price, but you get what you pay for.

The residents are incredibly friendly, which has made it so easy for her to feel at home and stay socially connected. We've also noticed that the new staff is fantastic they are consistently welcoming, professional, and truly go out of their way to help. We are so grateful she is in such a positive environment and hope she continues to call this place home for many years to come!
