They do not pass messages along, they don't communicate with the pharmacy properly, they gave me incorrect information on the phone multiple times, and worst of all they rush you out of the office after talking for just a couple of minutes. The doctor kept interrupting me, stating outright that they had to leave after just a couple minutes. It is clear that we are just cash to them. They want you in and out in 30 seconds. They were incredibly insensitive and will charge a fortune for nothing. I am going to tell my primary care doctor not to refer any of her patients to them again.

I was charged about $400 to have a mole removed and tested, then they sent it somewhere else…read morewithout telling me how much it cost or anything about it really. It cost me another $200. I still haven't got the results back months later but I know based on the billing that they have the results. I've been charged $600 for nothing.
