I was…read morereally nervous and put it off for YEARS because I am a trans man, but both therapists I have seen so far over the past month have been very affirming, open to my input, protective of my privacy, and understanding of my specific medical needs as a trans person. I went for back pain due to my chest, exacerbated by years of binding. I now go to my appointments in just a T-shirt and my loosest sports binder (a "sports bra" when worn by others)--something I would NEVER do in any other healthcare facility. The receptionists gender me correctly and make me feel comfortable. I even came in with an LGBT specific shirt one time. My therapists (Sam and Brett) also make sure I get a private, closed room every time instead of working in the group room. I'm starting to feel better, and its because they listen to my specific binding concerns and are also very skilled. I'm sure the rest of the team is too.

I love going to my appointments there. I'm glad our area has something we can all enjoy. I see Gloria for my hair. She's a color goddess (I don't know how she does it but my reds and purples stay for months and I do not follow any of the rules as far as washing don't use hot water, etc. ) very welcoming and I always leave her chair happy. She's a ray of sunshine. Jen does my pedicures. Jen is the woman we all strive to be. She also gives the best pedicures in the world. I'm newer to the area and Jen was one of the first people I met. She really just has a way about her. I love this place and I hope everyone enjoys it as much as me. There are others that do hair and pedicures. They all do a great job. The vibe in the salon is so happy and fun. The owner has put together the dream team! I love all their fun reels!

I moved from three hours away needed an Ortho for my daughter. The receptionist said well I was told to tell you that you should go back to your previous dentist where you're from! I was shocked because the point of calling was because we moved and don't want to drive 3 hours away. I've never seen this is my life with a doctor's/ dentist's office. Does that make sense to anyone to tell someone just go back to your previous dentist since he didn't retire. I should have listened to other people when they told me their personalities in this office is something nobody wants to be around. I found an amazing Ortho now and I made this review because of such the difference between them. My daughters new Ortho even told me that they should never tell that to a patient especially when they said they were accepting new patients and the family is financially secure. Classless!!!!

This dentist made himself out to be an oral surgeon. The experience was strait out of a horror…read moremovie. He tried to extract an impacted wisdom tooth that the roots where tangled with the tooth beside it. Not listening he proceeds to pull the tooth and after hours of pulling and cracking my jaws and breaking off the tooth many times he finally got it out. The numbing shots kept wearing off. He would proceed to drill. The hygienist almost chocked me with the instruments and wouldn't listen. I lost a tun of blood. I wouldn't recommend this dentist for a barn animal. Please be aware.
