Dr Sears has a modern office with all up to date equipment and furniture. He makes sure to see all of his patients as they come into the office. Even if it's just a hello. Before every treatment, he has asked me am I comfortable and do I feel pain after being numb. I have had extractions both basic and wisdom teeth, fills, and veneers. I find myself falling asleep through most of the procedures bc I know I'm in good hand and caring company. The hygienist Angela is personable and cares deeply about the treatment of your smile. Her and Dr Sear have to be the best duo since Peanut Butter and Jelly. The care and attention given during each appointment has made me a 9 year client. They treat my entire family all the way down to my 6 year old.

As a STAM of 3 I neglect myself a lot for the sake of kids and not a lot of money. I had no insurance. I prayed. I was recommended to try out this dentist by my mother-in-law who said they work with cost. When I came in to be seen on my birthday (dec 31st) it seemed like a blessing. I didn't think I would be seen until after break. I paid out of pocket 200 to see the doctor and plan to have my teeth pulled. I asked about payment plans being that my family is not well off. They told me the procedure is about 1300 and that I could pay monthly and if I paid in 2 years, I wouldn't have to pay interest. Seemed like such a blessing. I could do that. My husband could make that happen. So I scheduled the procedure with the understanding that I would pay 30% down. Next week comes, mind you, I have 2 broken molars and can't eat. It's very painful. When I called to have a refill of pain meds Tuesday the next week they said they couldn't fill them because I don't have a follow up appointment. I said I have a procedure on Thursday what do you mean? They found out they didn't even schedule my appointment. So thankfully, they could get me in the next day. Mind you, this is a day early, I have to come up with 30 percent and arrange childcare. This is showing just the utter lack of organization. Then I arrive wed and I pay Around 430 dollars. So I arrived and let them know I had the down payment. I asked to have a remaining balance and they look and look. They find out they never had me sign off on the financial plan. Mind you, I'm there with no pain management, they tell me they cannot offer me that deal. That deal was a mistake. They can only offer me the procedure if I do the 30 percent down and pay the rest in 3 months. From 2 years to 3 months!!! Wow! I tried to call my husband, he makes the money. He didn't answer. I was desperate. I was in pain. I was crying. But I signed it. I knew we probably couldn't do it. But I was desperate and didn't have time to think it over. So I signed it. When I got home and told my husband he was upset. Our daughter has a birthday in March and we were already behind on bills. So I told him I would talk to the doctor next appointment. I'm sure he would understand and make exception since his employee was the cause of the miscommunication. (Also same girl who didn't schedule my procedure). When I came in and explained it to the doctor, he seemed willing to help at first. He walked out and then sent his daughter in the room to tell me I signed the paper and there is nothing they could do. I told her it's really bad business practice to quote someone one thing and then change it the day of knowing they are in pain. Knowing I'm already financially challenged they used this opportunity to kick me when I'm down and scam me. I wouldn't have scheduled the procedure if the deal was 3 months. Other places have better deals. I went to them cause theirs was the best. But they tricked me and put me in a financial bind. So beware! What they say may not be the truth get it in writing or they will say tough luck! God sees everything. I pray Simone grows a heart one day and never has to choose between healthcare and her child's birthday party.
