I like to use it as a chance to stock up on gifts because it's always less expensive to buy things directly from the artists and save them for birthday and Christmas gifts. There are usually a few booths that sell baked goods and refreshments. Bring a chair if you plan on staying for a while because there aren't many places to sit. There is also a kids art corner with free activities for the kids and sometimes a mime.
