I asked if they would replace it, and the gentleman said "it's under warranty and I should take it to the dealership for replacement, i think they said they looked online and couldn't find one". I had my vehicle inspection done in 2021 @ valley tire "pro's". This time they where more careful with the gas cap, but several months later was informed that i had to return immediately for a replacement sticker. I asked why and was told that it was due to a state audit of their records and fraudulent activity or something. This past month i had them install my summer tires and do a state inspection. They installed the tires and then claimed that the vehicle wouldn't pass inspection because, the tires where smaller than what the manufacturer recommended. They literally removed my stock tires and installed larger tires. I didn't argue, i just left the store. If they can't do basic math, they need not inspect my wife's car. I went directly home and checked the lugnts where tight. Every time i have went there they have always been polite, i will say that. The place is very clean and the counter staff knowledgeable. It's a walmart tire shop value @ a dealership price in my opinion though.

Minich Towing & Recovery -- YOU STOLE MY CAR (100 DAYS AND COUNTING)…read more Minich Towing has had my 2021 Volkswagen Jetta (VIN: 3VWC57BU8MM006071) for 100 days and refuses to return it. This is theft -- plain and simple. My car was taken from private property on June 22, 2025 without my consent, without any lawful property-owner request, and without any valid public-safety justification. A public officer cannot lawfully order a tow unless the owner or property owner authorizes it, or the vehicle is on public property, involved in an accident, creating an immediate hazard, or has been abandoned in accordance with Pennsylvania abandoned-vehicle procedures. None of those conditions applied. I have photos, timestamps, and documentation proving ownership and the circumstances of the tow. Minich is now on notice: I will hold you fully responsible. I am preparing to file civil claims, IRS Form 1099-A notices, and criminal complaints for unlawful acquisition and conversion of private property, and I will involve federal and state investigators -- including the FBI and the Pennsylvania Attorney General -- if this is not resolved immediately. I am assessing $5,000 per day in claimed damages beginning June 22, 2025; after 100 days, that totals $500,000 in pending claims. I have proof. This is not a threat -- it is a statement of fact and intent. Return my vehicle now. Why this is illegal: A tow under these facts is an unlawful tow and an improper conversion of property when done without proper authorization or process. Colluding with public officers to seize private property and then demanding exorbitant storage fees is unacceptable and may constitute conspiracy and theft. Relevant authority (on seizure, due process, and state action -- federal precedent): Fuentes v. Shevin, 407 U.S. 67 (1972) -- property may not be taken without due process; seizure requires appropriate process. Calero-Toledo v. Pearson Yacht Leasing Co., 416 U.S. 663 (1974) -- civil forfeiture and seizure doctrines require statutory safeguards and due process. Soldal v. Cook County, 506 U.S. 56 (1992) -- private actor seizures done with state involvement can constitute state action subject to constitutional scrutiny. United States v. James Daniel Good Real Property, 510 U.S. 43 (1993) -- notice and opportunity to be heard are required before significant deprivations of property. Monell v. Department of Social Services, 436 U.S. 658 (1978) -- municipalities and public agencies can be held liable when their policies or customs cause constitutional violations. Bottom line: You took my car. I have proof. You do not have lawful grounds. Return it immediately or face full legal, administrative, and criminal consequences. This is an easy lawsuit for unlawful tow, conversion, and collusion with public officers. I am done playing games. -- Darian Taylor Jr. Private Living Man -- Owner of VIN 3VWC57BU8MM006071 34 Prospect Ave, Franklin, PA
