So Tuesday morning I decided to drive there, 2 hours from home to inform them that I was there to pick up my vehicle. When I asked about the multiple times we were told they would call with an update, he had the audacity to say you know we are busy. No sir, I the customer do not know how busy you are, nor is it my responsibility to figure it out. It is the responsibility of any reputable business to let the customer know if they cannot complete a job they accepted knowing how "busy they are". So long story short I was finally told they fixed something they thought was the problem but turns out it was not. So I was charged $200, to still be in the predicament I started. Very poor customer service skills. Would NOT recommend.
