I live in harborcreek, PA. I'm a neighbor of Enormis. I was working in my wood shop with my router which is like 30 years old. I do part time furniture repairs. While I was working, my router of 30 years stopped working. I found the on and off switch went bad, which is AC. Got the switch out wondering where am I going to get a switch for this router so when I went by Enormis, I figured maybe by chance, so I went in, knowing that they mainly deal DC. The two men at the counter said no we don't have nothing like that. The manager Mike came in and said what you got? I showed him and he said wait a minute he went out to his truck came in with a perfect size switch that worked for me charged me a nominal amount. went home and installed on my router and it worked perfect. Over the years I have had over 2 dozen remote starters installed by Enormis. A number of these were on Mercedes and Audis which have notoriously complex German engineered electrical systems. I have never had a problem and the guys couldn't be nicer or more knowledgeable. The techs take extreme care when working on your car and the products sold by Lou and his staff are simply the best. After the fact, you'll begin to realize that you're actually saving money by dealing with Enormis. Once you've dealt with them there is simply no other choice. Since our initial work, we have "gone back" to Enormis. Well, not exactly. The same car that had the ignition problem also had a cluster going bad, where only the fuel gauge worked. I took it out (fairly easy job for an amateur), and sent it to Enormis. They rebuilt it, had it in the mail back to me in record time and I received it before the weekend. I put it back in, and it works perfectly... at a FRACTION of the price of what the dealership quoted me for an aftermarket replacement. The guys did express concern about not being able to test their work, but assured me that they had rebuilt similar units many times. I cannot even begin to express what a relief it is to find someone who can work on your car that you can truly have real confidence in. No one else will ever touch my vehicles when it comes to electrical issues. read more

After realizing my car needed some electrical work, I was recommended to take it to the guys at Enormis. I have to say I had a fantastic experience with them! They diagnosed the problem and came up with a plan of action quickly, and made sure I got the best deal. They shopped around for the parts I needed to save me money- something they totally do not have to do! They called and explained the problem in a way I could understand, and made sure I was okay with them continuing with the repairs. There also was another separate problem my car was experiencing, and they gave me the code for it. I said I would probably wait on that repair, or do it myself, and they were all for it-- they were never pushy or condescending. They genuinely want the best for their customers, which is hard to find these days. After all was said and done, the pricing was extremely reasonable and everyone there was very friendly. The only downside was that it was a fairly long wait until they had an opening to look at the car- but it was definitely worth it. They're busy because they really provide the best service. I will definitely come back to them if I ever have more electrical work I need done! read more

These guys are beyond amazing! I had a remote start installed here for my 2018 Camry and then discovered that Toyota, in their infinite wisdom (insert sarcasm here), designed the defrost system to default to vent when a remote start is used. WTH??? How is my windshield supposed to defrost in this frozen wasteland that is Erie?? Anyway, these men went far above and beyond their obligation to try and figure out how to make this work for me, even going online after hours to try and get some ideas. In the end, after several phone calls back to me from at least three of them, they relented and said without rewiring and bypassing the system, there was no current way to get the defrost to stay on. They graciously offered to remove the remote start and refund my money, which they did. I would recommend this establishment to anyone looking for not only professional knowledge, but also honest and reliable service. If I could give them 10 stars I would!! I purchased a Nuvi 3790 and they didn't have a new one so I agreed to take a floor model. The unit is voice activated and the unit didn't pick up my voice consistanly and I had a hard time hearing a call even at 100% volume. I used it one time, went back to return it only to be told all sales are final. Heard the story I was the only one to complain (right). Funny part is that they had'nt replace the floor model. They could have easily takin my back and used it for the display. No wonder people shop at the Big Box Stores. read more
