Our house cost over three times the price of any house she had ever sold so She was very nice...until we signed the contract. Then she was uncommunicative, hard to reach by phone or text and didn't return our phone calls. Her main objective was to make her Commission and it seemed to us that she did not have our best interest at heart. It took two to three days for her to give us information that the buyer's agent had passed on to her. She told us we had to pay for the buyer's home inspection which was untrue. Not sure if it was because she's very inexperienced or what but she would send the buyer to our house with the code to get in while our family was home without checking in with us or alerting us. Even the home inspector came into our house, unannounced while my children were home alone. She did not show our house one time because she always seemed busy with personal activities but was happy to give the code to anybody that wanted to see it. When we did not agree with her she got very snippy. Our house was a very easy sell and she did not have to do any amount of work other than putting it on the MLS . She did not show it or attend the closing or even talk to us in person one time after the contract on our house was signed. Sad to have such a terrible experience selling our house that we've lived in for so long. Glad it's over and would not recommend her to anyone.
