He was very honest, he did not try to "convince" me to rent our property, but he (literally) sat on the floor in the empty house with me for an hour, discussing or options. We decided to try to find tenants - and we did. We make no profit on the property but Mike was able to get a good rate to make sure that our mortgage payment is 95% covered. I've probably called Jason the manager 10 times in the last month trying to get my security deposit back. They told me 45 days it's been 40 days. I'm not sure why we're waiting for the 45 days. We had mold in our bathroom. They took over a month to try to get that fixed. We had no hot water for a month just awful. They really don't care about you and they only care about money and I will continue to spread the word because these fake five star reviews are not it. They also blocked me on Facebook because I let people know not to rent through them. I've rented through them twice actually and both times was an awful experience any maintenance issues they take their time with it and when they do fix it it's just a Band-Aid to hide the major problems, money hungry company and it's so sad that it's located in Sandwich, knowing that the people of Sandwich are good people and deserve a nice place to live for the money that they expect to charge. I've also included some damage from the apartment in 302 S Ottawa Street in Earlville that they half ass fixed.
