I really wanted to like this practice but after two chances I just can't. The two physicians I've…read moreseen were lovely but their office is horrible. I visited first in September to have my iud removed after waiting 50 minutes to be called back. Not even to see the doctor but simply called back for vitals. When he finally made it I said "I hope you were delivering a baby" and he said "I wish that was it". Ok! I was so flustered that I hardly asked any of my questions. I asked for him to call in some prenatals for me... he never did. Then I get a bill in the mail for $50 after I already paid a $70 copay. Turns out this was all an error and I was credited on my next visit. Still annoying. Fast forward to 3 months later where we are pregnant and I schedule my first appointment. Well a week later on New Year's Day I started bleeding with visible clots. It was the longest 24 hours ever to wait for the practice to open on 1/2 to see when I can come in. I called no less than 9 times starting at 9 am and no one was answering. I left a message and heard nothing until 1045 am. I had to call their Plano office (nicest lady ever who was so sweet and caring, btw) to get any sort of progress made. So I go in at 11, wait forever again but not quite 50 min, to see dr. Estafondiari who, was very lovely as I said. She was the only dr present so I understood that I had to wait. They do a sono and labs and send me on my way and tell me they'll call me the next day (a Thursday) with results and I'll come back Friday to check my levels again. Thursday rolls around and I'm patient until the afternoon when I call and leave a message asking for my beta results. I finally get a call back and it's pretty clear I've miscarried and the dr tells me not to bother coming in the following day for labs again. So it doesn't stop there. After my devastation the practice has the nerve to call me and see if I'm still coming for my labs. What?! I miscarried and we all know it. As if that wasn't enough I get an appointment reminder a week later about my upcoming sonogram appointment. WHY WERENT THESE APPOINTMENTS ALL CANCELLED!! I had a miscarriage. End of story. Please fix these problems because it's devastating to treat a woman who's suffered loss like this. I will not be back. What a shame for such nice doctors to have such a crappy staff.

I'm extremely disappointed with the care I received at Dr. Mitchell's office. My delivery was a…read morenightmare. After delivering the baby, I lost feeling in my leg and despite constantly asking for help afterward, my concerns were ignored or not treated seriously. I was scared to hold my baby or even walk, but no one seemed to care. I later found out I damaged nerves in my leg while delivering. This experience was incredibly frustrating, especially since I've had other deliveries at different hospitals and expected a certain level of care. Additionally, part of the placenta was left inside my body for months. I kept complaining about unusual bleeding and pain but was dismissed similar to when I brought up the numbness in my leg. It wasn't until I demanded an ultrasound--after talking to other doctors online--that they finally took action and realized what was going on. Even then, I had to practically beg them to remove it before the Thanksgiving holiday. It felt like they were more concerned about their holiday plans than my health. I realize diagnosing health issues isnt easy and mistakes can be made. But I dont have tolerance for rude or disrespectful behavior. The straw that broke the camel's back happened the other day. After arriving for a recent appointment, I was asked to sit in the waiting area and would be checked in shortly. Another patient arrived after me and was immediately being checked in. I was confused so went to ask if I could also be checked but was quite rudely asked to wait. I've finally decided to find another doctor. I hope this review helps bring attention to the issues at this office so they can start treating all patients with the care and respect they deserve.

She was born a little early and started out on the 3rd percentile and it was a tough road to get her growth going. The pediatrician was nice, but still felt like I was getting a bad grade as a mom that first month. When I went to Stephanie though, it was a breath of fresh air! I felt comfortable sharing, she had great follow up questions that didn't make me feel bad and I could tell she cared. I went about 4 times during the first 3 months and I couldn't recommend it more. From latching, positioning, pumping and preparing me for returning to work, Stephanie changed my feeding journey and my little one is now at the 41st percentile at 4 months. Forever grateful!

I had researched several knee surgeons, and Dr. Yousuf had the best overall ratings in the Prosper/Frisco/McKinney area. My wife had a spinal fusion performed a few years ago, with a horrible experience. We had our concerns about knee surgery, and resulting pain/pain management due to the problems she incurred with the spinal fusion. Dr. Yousuf's protocol is great for managing the pain. He was careful with the surgery itself and any damage to tissue. In addition, he had a ON-Q pain ball installed, which made a dramatic difference to the level of pain. In fact, my wife was up walking the day of surgery, and walked a quarter mile. The icing equipment he prescribed is awesome as well. I would highly recommend Dr. Yousuf, and I also plan to use him for my own knee replacement when its time. He has my complete confidence. Nicely Done Dr. Yousuf!!!

As any normal 2yr old does - my son starts school and brings home every imaginable virus on the planet and we battle it out for two months. Mind you, we have called Monkey Mouths EVERY SINGLE TIME we were sick and let them know what's going on. This place has the nerve to bring us in for a session and then abruptly say (as we are walking out the door) "by the way you are dismissed and we will not be seeing you again". WHAT?!?! First of all, you couldn't call and tell us this so we could discuss over the phone? You wanted to collect another claim. SO - Instead you have the nerve to say this in front of my child who is just becoming comfortable and familiar with the environment (autism). Then you have the nerve to say "if he's immuno-compromisd then look into at home services" he's not!!!! We have a kid who started school and it's the parents who keep getting sick and we don't want to come in with pink eye and a fever and infect YOU! We should bring him in when everyone is sick because if not then you don't get to collect your insurance claims?! They then had the nerve to say it was "unfortunate timing" that my youngest started in preschool. When is it ever a good time?! The person at the front desk is manipulative and won't tell you the truth about any of their poor business practices. Where to start.... no one answers the phone. EVER. Phone calls are not communicated in a timely…read moremanner. I initially left a voicemail to schedule a new patient appointment for my daughter. Several days later she returned the call, we spoke about what I needed and what she needed. She told me she didn't have time to verify my insurance benefits, but if I wanted to I could - so I was asked to pay the full, contracted rate up front and told she would refund me if needed. At the end of that conversation she told me she would check her calendar and get back to me to let me know her availability (she never called me back with her availability). The following week, she returned my initial phone call AGAIN! She forgot we ever spoke in the first place, but apologized and said she was just busy with kids at home doing school (fine - I totally get it - we're all in this crazy covid world together). We scheduled for a week later. I had forms to complete and a payment to make that needed to be back to her 24 hours in advance of the appointment, but yikes! I lost the paper where I wrote down the 2 different email addresses I was to send the forms to. No big deal though, I can just get her email address from her website, right? Nope! Her email address was nowhere to be found, and don't get me started on her forms (go ahead... take a look.... https://www.frisco-therapy.com/NewPatientForms.en.html). I was to fill out the Child Intake Form, the Consent for ADD Testing, and go to the Adult Intake Form, scroll down to the last page, and print and fill out just that page because she forgot to include the HiPPA form in the child intake packet. Uummmm. ok.... The "forms" had hand writing on them, they were pictures of forms from books, scans and scans of scans of documents all compiled into one file. It was SO unprofessional - if I hadn't been referred by my pediatrician, that would have been the end of the line for me. I digress... My daughters appointment was scheduled for 3pm on a Thursday, so alas... on Wednesday morning at 8:48am I called and left a voicemail that I needed to know where to send the forms. No answer. No return phone call. I went ahead and paid though to make sure I did as much as I could do without the return phone call. Thursday morning arrives, still no return phone call. So I call again and this time she answers and tells me where to send the forms - everything was sent by 10am. My husband took off work to pick my son up from school; we re-arranged our schedules to accommodate our virtual appointment. By 2:30 I still hadn't received any info on our upcoming virtual appointment, so again, I start calling. No answer.. 3pm comes (our appointment time) and still no instructions - So I call - No answer. 3:01 comes - so I call again - no answer. At 3:02 Jill calls to tell me my forms have black boxes over all of the signature boxes. (My husband and I e-signed these in Adobe Acrobat). I asked her if they appear like that on her computer screen. She doesn't know - she said she didn't look, she just started printing them. She then continues on to tell me that she needs the docs all in one file and tells me she needs to cancel our appointment and I need to redo all of these docs, install a scanner app on my phone and resend to her all together as one file. WHAT???? When I tried to talk with her about seeing if she could see the signatures on the screen so we could continue with the appointment and figure out the printing later, she cut me off, raised her voice and proceeded to tell me this was MY fault because I didn't get her the documents on time and if she had gotten them on time she would have known before now that she couldn't use them. Fair enough, except that I TRIED to get her the docs on time, but NO ONE CALLED ME BACK!! When she finished berating me, I told her I would like to finish my sentence and tried to explain to her why I was frustrated. Yet again, she interrupted me, "Ma'am, I'm not going to do this with you." I finally succumbed and said, "fine, please refund my money." and she did. But lord, I have never worked so hard to give someone my business. She is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever worked with and ESPECIALLY in the medical field where everyone is buttoned up and runs a tight ship. I am appalled at her behavior as a therapist. Someone needs to come in and get this poor lady organized and into this century. From start to finish it was a struggle trying to do business with her. I would NEVER recommend her to anyone.
