Was greeted without being looked at, and then once I was seen, I was refused being served due to being "fully booked for the day" (so they say): There were only 2 clients in the shop, and it was around Noon on a Tuesday... This is my second time here, and my second time being satisfied! Both times were walk-ins, and they were friendly and able to see me fairly quickly. (Last time about a 10min wait, this time about a 3min wait!) I just get a regular pedicure. They have a great selection of colors. Both times they have done a great job cutting my nails. They also give a long scrub/massage, which is very nice, and the lotion smells so good! Both times they did good with the nail polish, but left just a couple tiny spots that should have been cleaned up. No biggie, though! I will continue to come back! :) read more

I searched Yelp for nearby nail salons and found this gem. This is right up the street from me, and since the review were mostly good, I decided to give it a try. Kim and Mindy's names kept coming up in the good reviews, so I called and made an appointment for a Saturday morning with Kim or Mindy. Turns out, Kim was available, so I was set! They open at 10am, so I was in and seated right away. There were only 2 other customers who came in at the same time, so the place was pretty empty. Add to the fact that we had just had a few inches of snowfall overnight, and I guess people weren't venturing out just yet. Anyway, I always get a simple job - acrylic with white tips (french manicure) so there was no polish involved. Kim was very friendly and quick and most noticeably, she had a SOFT touch. I don't know if you've ever been handled by a rough nail tech, but I promise you, it's no fun. Kim was very gentle throughout. I was in, out and done in less than an hour. The only thing that I found odd, and the only reason I didn't give 5 stars, was that they charge an extra $3 for a shiny topcoat on acrylics. I never went to a salon that did that. If you didn't get the topcoat, your nails would be dull and unattractive...so why they don't include it in the $30 full set price is strange. Overall, I enjoyed the experience. The salon was clean and because of the proximity to my house and Kim's efficiency, I will definitely be back. read more

When I entered, I was surprised at how big the place was. There were a few people in the waiting area, but I made an appointment, so they took me straight back. The man who did my gel fill in was not very talkative, but he did a great job. He even made repairs to some mistakes from the previous salon I visited. My nails look wonderful. He paid very close attention to detail. The same man did my pedicure, and he is a miracle worker. My feet went from Flintstone feet to baby soft. They have massage chairs, as most places do, and give you free reign to choose the most relaxing setting for you. They have a VAST selection of polishes, traditional and gel. Definitely my new go to for manicures and pedicures! I get SNS and every time it turns out perfect. Unlike other salons I've been to, where it's very thick and cracks before my next appointment. I've yet to have a nail technician that wasn't perfect and payed so much attention to detail... I highly recommend making an appointment before you go, or else you'll be waiting. read more

Excellent service from beginning to end! Quick and pleasant greeting,. Was pleasantly surprised by wait time for a walk in. Professional, and thorough pedicure. 5 tries Later and I finally found the perfect place for me. For some reason I couldn't find anyone who could get the shaping right. I'm particular about my nails since it's 1. Not cheap to get them done (broke college student probs) 2. You'll have to deal with them for weeks if they're messed up My only reason for not giving 5 stars is the nail tech did not ask how I wanted my nails shaped before she started filing away! The interior decor is gorgeous and the service is great as well. I felt pleased with the polish selection. I was most impressed with the speed and the price. I had a full set of acrylics put on and a pedicure. My bill was under sixty dollars and I was done within an hour. I was recommended this shop by girls from my school. The techs aren't necessarily super friendly but there were no rude interactions. The facility was very clean. The tvs were nice. They are quick and courteous, I will be recommending them to all my friends. read more

This was my first time going. At first when I got there I had to wait two hours in the waiting section. I thought that was a little ridiculous but I'm not going to hate on them for that. Went in with a friend to get a pedi. The pedi was pretty quick. The guy who did my pedi watched soccer the entire time, he even watched while filing my nails and my feet. He hurt my foot 2x with the foot file because he was watching TV. My nails are not even, he didn't even try. Will have to file and even out my own nails tonight. I have it 2 stars because the nail salon was at least clean. Also the Polish selection was pretty poor and most of the polish was old. I will not be returning and I suggest you save your money and get a better pedi elsewhere. read more

I arrived at 11:50 am wanting a pedicure and a full set of nails. I didn't get serviced a pedi until 1:34p and then was asked to wait more time because everyone had appointments. I finally stood up at 2:15 and asked to pay for my feet. I have been going here for a few years now and I usually only go to Tram. My husband gets pedicures here with me and several of the women have regular male clients. I make appointments because it is often busy. Several of the ladies do a good job (the ones that have been here for years). I have also taken my 6 year old for a mani and pedi in the cute pink butterfly chair. She loves it! A child with longer legs (maybe a 7 or 8 yr old) would be better for this chair as it is hard to sit back and stretch the legs to the tech. My child has had to sit forward but she didnt mind. read more
