My first visit in my life to this place. Got Rave reviews from friends and coworkers, so a few of my friends and I decided to go check it out. I went with a party of 5 people. 4 people got their food right away, in what seemed like a minute or two, the 5th person waited, aka me, what felt like 20 minutes to get their food In that 20 minute passage of time, 4 people were done eating and 4 empty plates were on the table. They were done with their food and I had not received my food yet. The kitchen expeditor did a horrible job sending out the tickets to have the whole ticket go out at once. When the server did bring my order, not even an apology for the delay, then asked if he could take the empty plates away in an attempt to make it even more awkward to eat when nobody else is eating. I was raised it was rude to eat in front of others who are not eating, so the level of feeling awkward and uncomfortable was very high. One person was ready to leave and I didn't even take two bites. Now I know why logo says CBC. Somebody in the kitchen is high on something. considering all the food options along 5O, I'll give other places my business. Not a good first impression. But most likely the last. You won. You got my money. But you lost my future business. read more

Another awesome place right in the heart of Clermont, this brewery/restaurant really is a neat space. They have an amazing back porch area that you would never know from the outside is there. I cannot rate the food as I did not eat, but from what I saw and smelled, it looked to be very good. As for the beverages, they had a fair amount of their own beers on tap. None stood out to me as amazing, but all were still good and worth trying. The staff was friendly and were there to help answer questions. The atmosphere and fun were definitely a 5. The beer was good, but we tried only a Tangerine IPA. Would love to come back and try some of their cocktails which look very fun. Went today to try there brunch we got two different breakfast skillets. They were the nastiest thing we have ever eaten no flavor under cooked potatoes. Next time maybe try the breakfast pizza they looked much better. When u have a pizza oven to cook eggs etc in u wonder why it was blah. Now the 12$ unlimited mimosas were good our waiter and floor managers were nice and took our crtiques on the food. It's a little much with so many kids it's like chucky cheese. Kids in supervised playing darts next to a table with people manager had to step in and take them away as it's a adult game. After reading nothing but great reviews about this place, we couldn't wait to try it for Date Night! Wow, what a disappointment! Hubby ordered a Old Fashion and he stated he was really good! We immediately ordered our appetizer with our drinks. After we received our drinks we placed our main course for dinner! Our appetizer, absolutely amazing, came out within a good time, but we didn't get any silverware or even a napkin from our waiter until after we were done. Then Hubby got his meal first, the nachos! Which were very good! But after waiting over 10 minutes, we asked where my meal was, the Slider Trio with our waiter and we are told, "the meals come out when they were ready!" "Doesn't take much time to make the nachos!" We asked our waiter to check in my meal but honestly never saw him go towards the kitchen but instead cashed individuals out and stand at the bar! When my sliders finally came out, disappointment from appearance and temperature! When I placed my order I asked the waiter about the Cole slaw, "is it vinegar based!" And I was informed it was "Mayo based" but If you look at the picture of the Cole slaw, nothing but cabbage! Now let's talk about the sliders themselves! It was recommended to me to try the trio because I could try each one and figure out which one I liked most, well, let's just say they were nothing like the description of each slider! The pork slider was suppose to have slaw, crunchy onions and BBQ sauce, it had the sauce but nothing else ( well a few crunchy onions and I mean few) ...chicken slider...pesto mayo on toasted potato buns, fontina cheese, bacon, avocado mash, roma tomatoes and arugula tossed in a lemon vinaigrette...umm nothing of that description, just chicken and the meatball slider.... spicy tomato sauce, lemon ricotta and sweet basil, just the tomato sauce! Now let's talk about service...our waiter only came to our table after my food arrived and didn't see him again until we placed our plates to the side, meaning we were done. When we pointed out the slaw, he just said, it's not suppose to look like that...and when I told him I didn't like any of the sliders "sorry" was just his response! Honestly didn't leave him much of a tip but we tip him but honestly give good service, you get a good tip! So I want to mention the poor food runner, a young man, was working the "backyard" and honestly since he is the one who delivered our food, and food to everyone, deserves everyone's tips instead of the waiter and waitress! Especially after him run around while the waiter and waitress stood at the bar while their customers waited in their food! Don't seem like a good service model, might want to change that up or at least make sure those food runners receive a portion of those tips, they deserve them! DISCLAIMER: Came in here for a bite only. Wow, was it bad. I ordered the 'Korean Chicken Tacos'. Where to begin. Underwhelmed upon first bite. I tasted barbecue sauce. Had some picked onions on top. My first time here. Was extremely taken back by the prices. A super small pizza that didn't even taste fresh and was over priced. You would need a weeks worth of a paycheck to eat and have a few beers here for a family of 3. Not impressed. If you're going to charge high prices the food better justify it as well as the portions. Manager Romo was the most rude disrespectful manager I've ever came across. Instead of owning up for a staff seating mistake, he chose to try scold and criticize me. I guess when you ask a host for a manager the Romo starts the conversation with "you are the guy that I was warned about". I discovered this place one night when I was looking into new restaurants to check out on my birthday. This place did not disappoint. They opened in June so they are still fairly new! I had the Prosciutto pizza, and had sushi on my second visit. The drinks were good too and appetizers. Fair prices and a great addition to the Clermont area. My friend has a pamphlet called the Ale Trail and Suncreek is on there but they need to add Clermont Brewing to the Ale Trail map, I'm sure it would bring in even more customers! read more

Our first visit to CBC. Easy to find, parking close by. The aroma of smoked meat got our fast buds excited so we both ordered bbq tacos. They don't serve french fries or onion rings so I'm guessing no deep fryer. I ordered a sushi roll for us to share. No chips or bread to help the wait, but that's ok, the food came quickly. So good. Had a decent experience the first time, but after convincing my friends to give it a shot. I'm embarrassed I did. The atmosphere is nice, but servers are unfriendly. Good drinks but over priced extremely. Their craft beers are also a little weird. I decided to get the slider trio, the chicken was extremely dry and I flavorful, the meat ball was good, but the pork slider was also very in flavorful. Can't speak for the food, but mixed drinks are a rip off. First time I ordered a cocktail it came overflowing with ice with very little actual drink. Ordered the half Asian chix salad which was fine but ordered a side mac/cheese (see pic) and was charged $3 -- crazy! No problem paying $3 for a side but it's pasta and a cheese-whiz cream sauce, seriously (they say homemade - didn't taste it). I could count the noodles. Husband ordered the bbq pork sliders - those were good too. Sat at the bar... service was "ok" . We went during the first week they opened. Inside decor is nice. Being just opened they were over staffed. The beer was good. We ordered a flat bread that would of been great with some chicken in it. When we asked if we could add it, willing to pay extra for the meat, we were declined. There is not a lot of menu items so we were put off that they couldn't grant the request. They are not well educated on menu though. server had to direct questions to BOH on food ingredients. Started with the salsa and chips. Menu description....House Smoked Tomato and Chile Salsa, Local Corn Tortilla Chips. OK I don't even know what local corn tortilla chips means. Do they use local corn to make masa and then tortillas and then fry them? Does someone locally fry the chips for them? The chips were fresh and crispy non the less. The salsa, however, ehh. The smoked tomatoes had a chemically taste to them as if the lit the smoker with kerosine. Or the wood used was green and not cured properly perhaps? Off putting flavor left in my mouth for at least an hour. My wife had the asian chicken salad. Big....with lots of freshness, but the smoked chicken.........same off putting chemically taste.....WTF? Another persons review said same thing so it is not just me. I had the hey jude and dream on rolls. the first had spicy tuna... not at all spicy with wasabi smear? No wasabi smear. No green onion and the tuna? Frozen saku block. Cold smoked to retain color for weeks. Not good. I had specifically and was told all the fish was fresh. Don't believe everything you are told by a server. The other roll wasn't too bad except they forgot the eel sauce. Over priced a bit for what you get. On the other hand the beer is delicious. The belgian Bit and the BAVARIAN STYLE HEFEWEIZEN I highly recommend. Work on the food people but keep brewing. read more

Tonight after I did some shopping I wanted eat out, definitely didn't want to cook, so I ended up at #clermontbrewingcompany I have had nothing but good experiences there but tonight was so bad I had to make this post. The sushi roll was so spicy I couldn't eat more than two bites. Their beer was terrible, again people who know me know I know food, beer and bourbon, they failed on every level. They served me after all the terrible food an Old fashioned loaded with ice, I just scooped the ice out and tried not to complain but seriously what bartender would do that. The worst part is if I complain or say anything I look like a Karen. The manager came over to say hi and make me a real Old Fashioned. I appreciated that. But still I have to feel like an asshole for saying something. I left asap after that. And btw I still tipped 40% to show them it was just about the food. When I left I looked at the kitchen staff, all kids playing with their phones and definitely not paying attention to the ovens. So instead of me coming home and being happy about my experience at #clermontbrewingcompany , I am upset. Upset I spent 75 dollars on food I will throw in the trash. My drinks were way overpriced 9 dollars for a Jameson shot and gingerale drink I had a double which was an additional 6 dollars per drink and I had 4 not knowing how much each drink was my fault for not asking the price I was just assuming it wasn't outrageous. The food is also overpriced 8 dollars for a hummus plate with three small pieces of pita bread three cucumbers . We also had the CBC pizza which was 18 dollars for a sub par pizza and my wife had the meatball sliders which were actually really good. Total for tonight's bill including tip 125. I could of had a way better meal with drinks tonight at Disney. I wanted to help out my local area but tonight they screwed me next time I'll be happy to fund the rat at Disney who is guaranteed to give me a wonderful evening for that price. read more

The atmosphere and vibe of the restaurant is cool. The food here is also very good. However, I am very disappointed because on Saturday the restaurant closes at 11 but the kitchen closes at 10. Most people want a appetizer or food when they are getting drinks. Them closing their kitchen at 10 seems lazy and makes no sense.
