My muscle will flare up for a week or more at a time and then after continuous hot/ice pack applications and copious, probably unhealthy, amounts of Biofreeze it would disappear until the next round. So I thought it was about time to address the issue and I came here for a consultation on my back and a 60 minute full-body massage. The front office is very small (only four chairs for patients to sit and wait) but it's organized and they have a nice water fountain for patrons. The lady at the front desk was very nice and welcoming. Being a new customer, I had some paperwork to fill out but nothing out of the ordinary. Dr. Julie Miranda was very professional and straightforward. She examined my spine and was kind enough to explain what happens when disks become unaligned. I'm supposed to go back to have my spine readjusted so this problem doesn't keep occurring. The massage therapist was 30 minutes late because she thought my appointment was at 11am. She and the lady at the front desk were apologetic (thankfully I wasn't on a time crunch). This was my first massage ever and a wonderful experience. It was so relaxing and calming, I truly thought I was going to fall asleep. The therapist made me feel comfortable and worked out all the kinks in my shoulder. In conclusion, the staff here is kind and they definitely know what they're doing. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of a readjustment or massage.
