A vape store is such a competative business and literally there is one around the corner of each block. So, I walk in this establishment, ask a basic question of needing assistance with recommending a particular brand, and the clerk just told me to "look online because that is where all the products are sold." Thanks, dude. Won't do. And I never knew there was a space called the "internet" where I can "shop," maybe I'll check into that next time before asking a supposed "professional" face to face. I walked in here feeling nervous and not knowing what to expect. I brought a friend for support, who also vapes. We both left with an abundance of knowledge. All thanks to Adam! He was so welcoming. He is one guy who will not screw you over here. I brought a friend because I didn't want to be run around and spend pointless money for things I didn't need. I'm a sweet little blonde girl that gets taken advantage of frequently. Adam was awesome. He recommended devices that would be good for me and explained each one that I had questions on. I decided on the one I thought would be the best value. It was a starter kit. Voopoo Drag. He could of sold me the more expensive Mod that I would have to buy things separately to complete it, but didn't. The one I got was the perfect fit for me and I am very happy with it. They have a very large selection of juices. Adam recommended me juices from their house line. He said he knew I would like fruity juices and he was right in the money! He took the time to allow me to sample the different types of juices. It was a hard decision but I decided on two flavors that I like the most. Wilma(fruity pebbles) and Mentor melon. My friend also got Wilma and a Mango flavor. Their house lines come in the small and larger sizes. I got two small bottles because I wanted to make sure I like it. 10$ for each bottle. They also have different sales going on for different bottles, just ask! I bought my Mod and my 2 small bottles of juices plus my friends large bottle of juice and small bottle of juice. The total was 143$. Very decent price for the quality of piece and juices. If I went to other places, from talk of other friends, the total of just one person could be over 200$. The store is spacious and clean. Wide selection of mods and e cigarettes and a full wall selection of juices. If you are new to the hip vape game or a pro, please come here! You will receive the best service possible. Ask for Adam! I will be back to buy new juice in the next couple of weeks. I've researched tons of vape shops all around northeast Ohio. So this place has sold me an expired bottle of juice TWICE. Once I caught the date before leaving the store - they said "oh.. uh.. that's the date it was manufactured" and sent me away - I contacted the juice company and they verified that it was in fact the expiration date. Also bought a wenax vape from them that stopped charging after a month. Wasted a LOT of money in this piss hole. RIP. read more

Look let me start by staying I've been to my fair share of vape shops, by far Cleveland vape has been the best. Very nice place, not cramped or ratty at all. Alot of moveable space, very nice decor from the clean new looking floor to the awesome bar top. Very very extensive selection of juices and also a great place to buy a vape itself! Not to mention the excellent hour of operation that would fit anyone's schedule! Sales staff was all very friendly and knowledgeable and not pushy in the least. I was immediately seen by an associate named Zach when I walked through the door. He was a really cool guy, not what you'd expect from a sales person lol. He answered every question I had and was able to hook me up with exactly what I needed and I couldn't be more pleased. Again very knowledgable. Five stars for all the above and more. Turns out they purchased a website that included the other shops name (verbatim) and redirected it to their own site. Seems like a pathetic attempt to steal customers from a more established shop. I found Cleveland Vape out of necessity on Yelp. I was on a 5 day trip to Cleveland and didn't bring any extra coils, so of course, I ended up needing a new one. I called the store and was told by a very nice guy that they had the right coils for my box. I put the directions into my GPS, and it's a very easy drive from downtown Cleveland. The customer service I received in the store was top notch. They had a very large selection of juices, and I wished I had the time to hang out at the vape bar to do some sampling. I had a request for a cinnamon bun flavored juice, and they hooked me up with a juice called CinnaBomb, which I've been enjoying as my current all day vape. The prices were very reasonable. The best part about this place was there was no "vape bro" vibe that you get in a lot of shops. I felt very comfortable being there alone, and they made me feel very welcome. They also informed me that their inventory is available online, which is an added bonus. I wish I would have got the guy's name who helped me; a big thank you to him! read more

This was until I was taken to two other local shops and both had pricing way lower then this place did. This made me feel like I was welcomed because they wanted my money, not that the value me as a customer. The staff knows their stuff as well.
