Bought a new vape a few days ago, its malfunctioning electrically ... ive bought from this store many times in the past..... After explaining my technial issue i was having, he began repeating himself over and over why he didn't think exchanging it for me was a good idea. I use the same vape all the time, this was the first time I experienced an electrical failure but he kept aggressively repeating his protocol and was very unprofessional on top of doing it front of another customer.
