Terrible juice selection, on top of that they hardly ever have whatever juice you do end up settling for, won't be back for a while

I just recently got into vaping and I have been looking for a vape store nearby. However, they're very hard to find on the west side of Cleveland since vaping is so new. Most of the stores are down in the Akron/Kent area. So once I heard about Euphoria Vapor, I had to go check it out. This place does not disappoint! The staff is friendly, the flavor selection is enormous, and they even have a great taste bar were you can try out the flavors before you buy them. Just have a seat at the taste bar, grab the menu, and ask them to try any of their various delicious flavors. And if they're currently out of one of the flavors you'd like to buy, they are usually able to quickly mix up a batch for you so you can take it home that day. They make all of their e-liquid's in-house and the packaging is excellent. And they seem to be working real hard at creating new flavor creations going forward. The pricing is great! All e-liquid bottles are $10 and they are currently running a grand opening promotion of three e-liquid bottles for $25. So I'm currently writing this review enjoying a cherry cola flavored vape and loving every minute of it. Thanks Euphoria Vapors for opening up a great vape store for northeast Ohioans to enjoy. I've been coming here since they opened 5 years ago. They've grown from a small store to a modern,'sprawling space in that small amount of time. Randy and Rhonda, who own the store, run a tight ship and it shows. The best employees in the business. Friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable on everything in the vaping world. If you are looking to kick the smoking habit, this is the only place to go. An unparalleled juice and device selection. Whether you are a seasoned vaper or just getting into it, they will have something for you. They just renovated their new space and have an attached coffee shop next door as well called Sips and Such which serves fantastic coffee. I've been coming to this shop for over a year or so now, since back when it was further down on the smaller shop. Their new (current) shop is well designed, with a nice sitting area as well as a huge counter. They always have whatever part or coil I need. Prices are competitive. My only complaint is that they are carrying less and less 24 MG nic. Rather annoying, and they can't add nicotine like some shops offer. Add this...and five stars! read more

Great prices on coils, friendless workers, and comfortable environment. I've been into this shop quite a few times. Everyone seems to be friendly and informative. Plus the shop is pretty clean and well organized. It's a bit further of a drive then Kalamazoo, but you'll be much better off with the service at Euphoria. I was recommened to Euphoria from a co worker of mine and I couldn't be happier. Myself and my friend went to Euphoria last week during a snow storm we were having, which was nice because we were two of three customers in there. The workers there are extelremely knowledgeable, and if one didn't know the answer to our question another did. I almost forgot to mention their flavor bar!! If your interested in purchasing new Vape juice flavors but don't want to take the chance it might not be what you were looking for, come here. I love everyone here. I have been smoke free for a month now. Whenever I come in they offer suggestions, tips and explain everything to me. I had some issues with a cartridge and they figured out the problem, replaced it at no charge and got me back to vaping in no time. So glad I found them! read more

I live 35 minutes away from this Vape Shop and I never mind the drive. There are 3 others within 15 minutes of my house, but I always go back. All the staff are helpful and will take their time to get the right setup for you. The store isn't very fancy or "high end" so to speak, but that's is easily made up for by the selection of products. Prices are usually a bit more than online, which is to be expected for a brick and mortar store. Unfortunately this brick and mortar store is even a bit more expensive than others I've been to...BUT...they have a lot of stuff in stock - a lot of things that you can't find at other stores. That justifies the higher prices in my book. Their house e juice is pretty tasty. They've got a tasting bar and are quick to make popular suggestions. They also have juices in discount bins, which is a cheap place to find a new flavor. All in all I recommend Euphoria Vapor. Give them a try. read more

THIS SHOP ROCKS! Even tho I live in New York City, I grew up and have family in Northern Ohio. Most of the shops in NYC aren't that great but you can get what you need but expensive..I tried some vape shops before in Parma and Parma Hts. they ALL suck so I thought I was stuck when I was in town this past Christmas. I stopped in Euphoria Vape with my sister as I was having problems with my iStick Mini and was not going to go to those other rundown shops in Parma. I was completely blown away by the professionalism, expertise and overall service at Euphoria. We figured out the problem with my Mod and the guy recommended a clip that worked perfectly that I can't even find or buy in NYC let alone other local shops. I started vaping to quit smoking and compared to any of the Vape shops in NYC nor Parma area (which are rip-offs and suck with horrible service and arrogance) this place was 1000% a positive experience. I simply will not deal with anyone else as far as my vaping hardware, juice or supplies are concerned. I recently ordered over the phone another mod and some clips. The guy on the phone was just as awesome as the guy I met in person. The order was taken easily and they had everything I needed in stock. The order came promptly and the shipping was completely affordable. Whether I am in the Cleveland area or NYC or wherever I am...Euphoria is the place to go. Stopped in a week after I started vaping. Staff was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Was able to taste a good variety of their juices and walked out with 3 bottles. They stock all the hardware you'd ever want from beginner to advanced hobbyist. They're opening a new location right around the corner from my home so I'll be stopping in to check out the latest in vaping tech and juices or just hang out for a bit in their vape lounge. This is truly a top notch professional vape shop and not a vape/head shop.
