Through the years the store has changed and you can get more than books here. There are home decor and gadgets, babies and women accessories. I still come here once in a while but I find myself buying more home stuff here rather than books. In my bid to reduce my books collection at home, I have pretty much switch to ebooks or borrow books from the library. I still love the feel of holding a book in my hands so it has to be a very special book or something I really want to keep to make a hard copy purchase. At my last visit, I noticed the Starbucks in the store has closed. Very unfortunate. Before covid, you could also park outside in the outdoor parking lot and enter from the side door. Right now it is closed, so you can only enter from inside the mall. Oh and you can sign up and get for plum points on the app. You get birthday discount and rewards when you chalk up enough points. Or pay for a membership and get discount on every purchase.

I made it very clear that I wasn't interested, even told him multiple times that I was just there to pick up one thing, and the sales associate continued to ask me questions, persuade me with offers, and follow me as I began my shopping. I know its not his fault, its his job and perhaps he makes commissions on sales, but it was extremely irritating and made me just want to leave the store immediately. If staples is going to continue using this sales tactic I will not shop there anymore.

Took them over 6-weeks to send a courier to pick it up, but only two weeks to send it back with a note saying not-returnable. No reason, just not-returnable. They have $400 of my money, but that is all they'll ever get. I'm taking all my stationery business elsewhere. Don't buy any electronics from this company; if you make a mistake, they'll keep your money.
